It has a great texture and cooks up nicely without becoming mushy or falling apart. The pasta has a delicious, authentic Italian-style flavor and holds sauces really well, making it easy to use in all kinds of meals. What I especially like is that it’s a simple way to add more protein to a meal without having to completely change what I’m cooking. It works great with marinara, Alfredo, pesto, meat sauce, or even just olive oil, garlic, and Parmesan.

I love this pasta. I'm always trying to make sure I get in some extra protein and a lot of the protein pastas taste a little funny to me.- but not this one! I highly recommend it!

So good in a pasta salad. The protein just makes it an even better product. Add some chicken and tomatoes Italian dressing and chill. Easy peasy healthy meal.

I was shocked at how good these noodles are. I was expecting them to be grainy or taste weird seeing as they are protein noodles, but they aren't like that at all! They honestly taste better than regular noodles! I used these in a cowboy pasta and it was delicious!

I'm writing this as someone who is a very picky eater, who has thrown away boxes of other protein, chickpea, black bean, etc type of pastas. I can't even stand the taste of the tri-colored pastas. This hands down is the best protein-rich based pasta I have ever tried. I'm literally writing this as I eat it because I'm that shocked. It has a little bit more of a bite to it than regular pasta, but no odd aftertaste. For the price, 100% worth it.

Great amount of protein per serving so it can turn comfort meals into meals that help you meet your goals as well. The only thing I don't love is the texture. My kids are extremely picky and noticed that these are more chewy than regular noodles. Not as noticeable if you have a dish with a heavy sauce though.

If high protein is more important to you than the texture, then perhaps you would really like this product For me, the problem is the texture: very grainy. My hunch is that could be adjusted in the manufacturing product, but I totally understand that doing something like that could likely be cost prohibitive. If texture isn't a barrier for you or even if you like a grainy texture, then this product would be a great choice for you to up your plant based protein in a healthy diet.

We did not like this pasta. It had a weird taste, just not fulfilling and really bland. I would rather just get a regular pasta. I tend to try high protein items to increase protein intake but this was just not it.

This pasta made me so sick (vomiting) two different times. The first time I passed it off a stomach bug but this is the second time I have gotten sick about 2 hours eating the pasta.

peanut allergies beware, this contains a similar or same protein as peanuts and you have up to 40% chance of having a reaction. We experienced this and ended up in the ED. If you're not allergic, it's fine
