Wanted to try a past that wasn’t so heavy on the carbs without the benefit of some added protein. Taste is pretty good but the texture is lacking. It really depends on what you are using your pasta in. I found it was not objectionable with spaghetti sauce but did not care for it in a casserole type situation because it breaks down more quickly. If you are adding a sauce just before eating it is a great option.

This is my favorite brand of pasta. It has extra protein and helps you feel good about eating pasta for once. There’s no rinsing of smelly noodles involved like those made from mushrooms so it’s my go to in a pinch or just because it tastes great too.

I've been looking for a healthier pasta for my little family that also tastes good. We've tried other protein pastas before that were just okay but I was intrigued by this one. Two ingredients, Semolina Durum Wheat, and Lupini Beans. NO preservatives, NO artificial flavors or colors, NO enriched wheat flour. 21g of protein and 9g of fiber per 3.5 oz serving. It's exactly what I've been looking for and the noodles are very yummy! Hands down the best pasta even our five-year-old loves them! Used them in spaghetti and it was a huge hit and made enough for our family of three to have leftovers the next day. Reheated beautifully no mushy noodles like other noodles often turn into when reheated. These will be our new go-to pasta. Will purchase again and highly recommend! 💯🤩

When you have cravings for pasts and want something with more protein and fiber, this is your answer. It makes great pasta salad. Just add onion, green peppers, tomatoes and olives. Sprinkle olive oil, salt and pepper, and cheese. Refrigerate. Great side dish. Yummy!

Made home-made chicken noodle soup, made the pasta separate to mix in, Was grade A good noodles. Takes a while to cook them i noticed almost double normal pasta noodles. They blended well into the soup and i was impressed with the texture and taste of the noodles and how they blended in with the soup.

So this product contains a type of carbohydrate (durum wheat) that is hard to digest for some people. Unfortunately, I appear to be one of them. I ordered multiple boxes and wish I hadn't as I'm having some bad digestive tract reactions. Stomach cramping, gassy, bloating, etc, after every time I eat these noodles.

Makes you very regular… exceedingly so. That protein is BEANS.

This is the best protein pasta I have tried. My kids also love it.

Taste just like reguar pasta, more nutritious. Will definitely buy again.
