I cooked it according to the directions and I thought it came out just right. The texture was great, just the right firmnes, it wasn't too chewy or mushy. I thought the flavor was great, tasted fresh and natural.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried Brami protein pasta for the first time. I used the fusilli for a cold pasta salad (cooked al dente). The structure and texture is good. It is a little more expensive than your regular box but the nutritional facts are worth paying. 5g fiber and 12g protein that tastes good.

Cooked to al dente in a regular amount of time and went great in the different dishes (mac n cheese, spaghetti, carbonara) I've made with it.

The texture is nice, and mixes well with any pasta sauce. Just be careful to not overcook it to keep the good texture of a nice pasta dish. I also like that it is non-GMO and uses clean ingredients only.

I have been trying to get more beans into my diet and this being made with lupini beans still tastes almost identical to traditional white pasta. My partner really only likes white unhealthy pasta and he even eats this happily. Perfect with any sort of sauce you like. The health benefits are great and for the price I think it is a bargain.

Brami pasta is one of my answer for higher protein meals. Barami pasta delivers excellent pasta flavor and my family like it as well.

It's a lot and lends itself well to eating solo, mixed, spiced, side or main dish, and more. I'm glad I found a deal to get two boxes and 8 servings each. It cooks easily and relatively fast. I most preferred it salted, but could easily recommend some fixings like vegetables and fuller seasoning options. Protein additions would go well too. Each serving is worthwhile too after cooked.
