I really enjoyed this pasta- it had a texture very similar/almost indistinguishable from normal pasta, but since it's made with lupini beans, it has more protein. My only complaint is that it advertises 21g of protein on the front, with '*per 3.5oz serving' below that, yet the serving size based on the nutrition facts is 2oz (so only 12g of protein in an actual serving size). This makes it not that different from normal pasta (8g per 2oz), with only 50% more protein. I really liked this pasta and will definitely buy it again, but I'm not usually eating 3.5 oz of it, so the info advertised on the front of the box just seems misleading.

The pasta texture and color and flavor is good for being more nutritious than typical standard pasta. I would probably buy again if there is a sale. Otherwise, I usually buy pasta in bulk for family size portions.. it's also easy to find as I'm noticing more stores carrying this, to the point where I'm forgetting where I bought mine!

The pasta cooks perfectly al-dente and has a delicious flavor. The higher protein and fiber content, plus the simple ingredients make me feel much better about eating pasta than when I eat regular wheat pasta. Very versatile and easy to use to make quick satisfying meals.

I bought the Fuzi pasta and made half the box for pasta salad. Took it to a party and it got rave reviews. Pasta cooks up perfectly and sometimes fusilli stays hard because of the shape and doesn't cook evenly. I will definitely be buying this again again.

I loved this pasta and I think this is the best protein pasta out there. I genuinely could not tell the difference between this pasta versus the normal pasta texture and that was a HUGE plus for me. With other brands, I can detect a difference whether is too grainy or the normal chew is missing but this one was a perfect substitute and I will be purchasing this again!

I love that I'm getting protein with my favorite food that's usually just all carbs. It's slightly more expensive but worth it for the benefits. Also my regular supermarket carries this brand . A new favorite for me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that this is authentic Italian pasta and very high in protein. It has fiber which is great for most people but as I have an autoimmune problem, I have to be very careful with fiber intake. It's a nice basic tasty pasta.
