I wasn't sure what to expect because it mentioned wheat and with my experience with wheat and pasta is that it's sometime too hard. This tasted like regular pasta in a good way. It came out nice and soft and tasted great. I would definitely buy this again! I love the added benefits to it.

Tonight we tried fusilli pasta from Italy. Actually, I wasn't sure if we were going to like it since the pasta is made with lupini beans. Surprise, surprise! It was pretty good, and the texture was similar to the pasta we are used to eating. An added plus is the amount of protein and fiber in each serving, but look out, it has wheat! So it is not a gluten-free product. The price is right. I mean, it isn't too expensive.
