I'm a huge fan!! I loved the texture and firmness of the noodles - they didn't fall apart like many other 'healthy alternative' pastas do! I though the taste was on par with a regular noodle and these kept me very full for many hours due to the high protein content from the beans!!

The pasta tasted and had a texture that was basically the same as normal pasta, which was good - it was just a little denser if anything, maybe because of the protein? The shape of the pasta was good for retaining the sauce we used.

I love eating my protein in new ways other than just meat. This protein pasta by Brami is very nutritious. I like that it has so much protein and fiber to pack as many healthy things in it as possible. I made Mac and cheese with these noodles and no one complained. I highly recommend this product.

Usually products that boast a high percentage of protein have a weird taste, texture, or after-taste but not this one. The pasta tasted like regular pasta and had a normal texture. I really enjoyed that it adds nutrients and gets rid of some of the guilt from eating one of my favorite foods!

I follow the instructions printed on the package and have Brami Fusilli prepared as directed. I cook the pasta al dente (~11 minutes as suggested). The pasta is tender but still firm to the bite. I saute the pasta in my favorite sauce and top it with stir-fried vegetables. Thanks to Brami, I enjoy a wonderful meal.
