[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The classic Kraft Mac&Cheese is among my favorite boxed mac and cheeses and I’m so happy that the protein version did not sacrifice the flavor at all. It is so delicious and the noodles cooked very quickly which I wasn’t expecting as protein pastas typically take longer. The texture is delicious and the leftovers will likely keep really well for next day. Great affordable high protein meal for when you want something delicious and comforting that is still nutritious. I made mine with heavy cream and butter and it turned out divine. Just did some fresh cracked pepper as a topping, but hot sauce and/or parmesan would go great with it too. Great as a main dish like I had it, or as a side.

There was no flavor, I had to add so much seasoning and I even had to add cheese to it because it lacked cheese flavor too. It was also really bad with the cheese sauce clinging, so me adding the extra cheese helped with that. Because of that I feel like it took away from the healthiness which was sad for me. I would’ve just preferred to have the regular original one. This hurts me to say though because I really enjoyed the white cheddar flavor!

The texture melts in your mouth with each bite and it looks so good! The instructions on the package made it was easy to follow cooking directions.
