As a mom to a picky autistic child.. Mac and cheese is his go to. That said, it's not the healthiest and he literally can taste any difference in a product and will immediately push it away, but I figured why not give it a try. I will say cook time is a lot longer and the pasta itself is thicker.. but 12-13 minutes gives it the perfect al dente cook and it tastes just like the original. The cheese sauce is a slightly darker color but my child ate a bowl with no problem. The fiber and protein is something he lacks in his normal diet so this is definitely going to be stocked up on!

Love this! Tastes like regular mac n cheese! Use fairlife milk and add some cottage cheese to make it creamier & higher in protein

taste just like the original just need to cook the pasta longer than regular noodles about 10-12 minutes otherwise the noodles are chewy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can’t go wrong with some Mac and cheese. I like the extra protein added to this, and the fact it doesn’t have that chalky aftertaste like some foods do. Though if i had to choose between original and white cheddar, I choose white cheddar.

This was different than the regular mac and cheese made by Kraft. The noodles don't get quite as soft and the taste is slightly different since it is using pea protein.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cooked the noodles for 13 minutes and they were perfect. Easy to make. After adding the milk and butter to the cheese sauce, I noticed the cheese does have a hard time clinging to the noodles. It wasn’t chalky. It was a little creamy but again the cheese doesn’t thicken up and stick to the noodles like I would like. Nobody complained about the taste of the Mac & cheese. Tasted good and has 17 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber per serving!!

Horrible product did they not test this with humans

Followed package instructions exactly and it was vile. Noodles were extremely chewy, which might be fixed by cooking them longer. But the cheese sauce was so watery and separated, it also had a horrific aftertaste. I’m not sure how this passed this product made it through testing and production. My husband who eats literally anything couldn’t stomach it. Stick to the regular stuff or Goodles.

Package says same great taste, but in reality, it was really horrible.
