[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Mac and cheese tasted pretty well. The texture was pretty much the same as the normal kind. I don’t like how much fat is in it, but the protein and fiber evens it out. It does taste a little different than the normal kinda, but it still tastes good overall. It made enough for a side for my family of 4 and provided a good serving.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] High-quality-looking packaging. It's an easy way to sneak some extra protein into a picky eater's diet. My older kid didn't even notice any difference in taste. I could tell, but it didn't bother me. The color is definitely more noticeable and not quite as appealing as regular pasta, but it's really simple to make and doesn't require any special effort. I do think it keeps my kids feeling full longer. I've only served it hot so far, which seems to help them not notice much of a difference. It didn't come out super creamy, but I don't usually make regular mac and cheese very creamy either, so it worked out just fine. Both flavors were lovely, however I enjoyed the White Cheddar more. Since it's not too creamy, cleaning up after is pretty quick which I love.

The noodles were a little stiffer than standard Kraft Mac and Cheese, but the taste was terrific. I used the cheese packet and added a few other ingredients to make a creamier sauce. I expect that it will become a normal part of our dinner options in the future.

The sauce tastes very similar but the noodles taste strange to me. Yes it has good nutritional value, like lots of protein, but I'm not sure if I would eat again. It's easy to store, and easy to make.

I have not tried other protein pasta, so unfortunately cannot compare the flavor to anything else. I will say that this is pea based and not chickpea based like some other pastas. I felt there was a very stark difference in the first bite, and even though I finished a full serving, I did not like the flavor of it even once my palette got more used to it. I feel like picky kids would not be a fan and would hate for a parent to have wasted a meal. I would suggest if you're trying to put more protein in meals to add tofu or your choice of meat. I'm sure there are people that the different taste is not as apparent and are happy to get more protein. I'm glad companies are trying to make more easy protein meals to remind people (i.e. Americans) to eat more protein. Sadly, I will not be a customer of this product as I felt the taste was not satisfying and I didn't particularly enjoy the meal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let's face it. Protein is king right now and there are lots of protein enriched foods that are just…not great. However, this tastes like the same Kraft Mac n'cheese that we've always known. The texture is the same, the flavor is the same, and honestly, it's ideal for those moments of “I just don't want to make a full meal” that can come with executive dysfunction that lots of neurospicy people grapple with. It would also be useful for anyone struggling with ARFID because it's a “safe food” for many but with the added benefit of a macronutrient that would usually be lacking in the normal version. I'll probably be keeping some boxes on hand for girl dinner style nights 😅

I love that this has so much protein and is a healthier choice for me, while also having a great taste. I will definitely be buying this and it will be a new staple in my pantry!
