[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cooked the noodles for 13 minutes and they were perfect. Easy to make. After adding the milk and butter to the cheese sauce, I noticed the cheese does have a hard time clinging to the noodles. It wasn't chalky. It was a little creamy but again the cheese doesn't thicken up and stick to the noodles like I would like. Nobody complained about the taste of the Mac & cheese. Tasted good and has 17 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber per serving!!

It was a hit for our whole family! And I love the extra protein and fiber this variation provides. I hope it sticks around!!

I thought it totally delivered on the protein to calorie ratio and even had some added fiber to back it up. I thought it tasted pretty similar to the original product but definitely was a bit chewier. I didn’t mind though. If you want to increase the protein ratio even more to get closer to a 1 to 10 goal, just add some grilled chicken breast! Will be getting again!

The original cheese sauce was creamy, and flavorful. I like that it has extra protein and fiber. The versatility of this product is spot on since I can pare it with any other kinds of proteins! It was also very clean to make and not messy due to the easy to follow instructions.

I don’t like how much fat is in it, but the protein and fiber evens it out. It does taste a little different than the normal kinda, but it still tastes good overall. It made enough for a side for my family of 4 and provided a good serving.
