Cooking took about 15 minutes total. It's easy to make, delicious, and has a good amount of protein and fiber.

While the protein and fiber in this are awesome, the taste was lacking for me. The sauce was quite thin and not as flavorful! The noodles took quite a while to cook but the texture was fine after the recommended time from the instructions!

I also added high-protein milk, to give it a kick more since I needed more protein that day. The consistency of the noodle might be slightly chewy, but I prefer it to the basic Kraft Mac and cheese.

I thought it totally delivered on the protein to calorie ratio and even had some added fiber to back it up. I thought it tasted pretty similar to the original product but definitely was a bit chewier. I didn’t mind though. If you want to increase the protein ratio even more to get closer to a 1 to 10 goal, just add some grilled chicken breast! Will be getting again!

Has 17 grams of protein and 6 grams of fibre! Over all good value for money. Appearance is good, looks n tastes good. Overall i would recommend this.

With that being said, I often will run in the issue of having box mac and cheese be enough to fill everyone's hungry bellies. It was simple to cook and was ready in minutes and the perfect thing when we have limited time. The kids loved the flavor!
