I think the noodles were a bit different than original. It did not have the same bite and softness to it. I also felt it was not salty enough. Had to add some additional salt to it. It was cheesy good and flavor was great. This is a good product if you are looking for high protein and high fiber meal. But, if you are looking for some nice comfort meal, go with the regular Mac and cheese from kraft

The texture was a little more firm than regular noodles which wasn't an issue at all to me.. especially considering all the protein these have in them! Easy to prepare and absolutely delicious! I will be buying these for sure!

There was no flavor, I had to add so much seasoning and I even had to add cheese to it because it lacked cheese flavor too. It was also really bad with the cheese sauce clinging, so me adding the extra cheese helped with that. Because of that I feel like it took away from the healthiness which was sad for me. I would've just preferred to have the regular original one. This hurts me to say though because I really enjoyed the white cheddar flavor!

The inclusion of protein makes it seem like an even better option to add to my meals. It is creamy, cheesy, and overall a solid boxed mac and cheese. My only complaint would be that the consistency was a little watery.
