It has the correct portion for a family of 5 so you know it's a good deal. It lasts long on the shelve and stores easily. And it has a nice creamy cheeeeesy texture.

It was quick and easy to prepare, and the cheese sauce came out creamy, rich, and full of flavor. The pasta cooked perfectly and had a great texture. My son absolutely loved asked for seconds right away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I first noticed about the packaging was the 17 grams of protein and 6 grams of fiber that this packs per serving on the front of the package. The packaging is the same as the original packaging with instructions on how to make the product located on the side. For the most part, the texture is similar to the original version, with the noodles tasting and feeling slightly different which I am sure is because of the added protein. The cheese sauce still has that iconic taste and smell to it that the original has. This item does contain dairy so if that is an issue you may want to pass up or find alternative ways to make this product. I paired the protein Mac and cheese with bbq pulled pork sandwiches and a salad. I thought it went well with the combination and could see it working with grilled chicken, vegetables, or even by itself if there is nothing else. I could see this being a great alternative to the original version if you are trying to hit your protein goals.

This lineup tastes just like any other kraft mac and cheese with the added benefit of protein, they use pea protein in their pasta. The only thing I didn't care for is the cheese, it barely sticks to the pasta and is always the downfall to krafts boxed mac and cheeses.

I appreciate the health benefits of added protein and fiber. The noodles texture is as if they're undercooked and don't want to mix as creamy. If I were to try PowerMac again I would likely adjust cooking time and measurements of add ins to see if that would change anything. Overall flavor is good.

Just add macaroni from the box to boiled water, boil for 11-13 minutes, drain, add buuter and milk, then dried cheese from the pouch, mix well, and the meal s ready. It comes out creamy. Honestly the taste was not something my kids liked. But it is good to have this box at home for quick meals, just not something I'd go out of my way to buy.

I LOVE IT and my kids enjoyed it as well, they never noticed a difference. I added just a bit more shredded cheddar cheese to make it cheesier but this was such a delightful meal/side! Will definitely buy in the future to increase protein intake without sacrificing flavor!
