Surprisingly this does not have the caulky taste and even taste like regular Mac and cheese! Only difference is that it doesn’t thicken up like the normal Mac and cheese.

The product has all the flavor and taste of traditional Kraft mac and cheese with an added health benefit. It took a while to cook and I had to add more ingredients, which I usually go for easier things to make like simply steaming broccoli. The type of pasta was good and did not taste too healthy like others I have tasted. I was able to eat it as left overs as well and it still tasted good. I think I added too much milk because it was a watery consistency at first, but the pasta soaked up all the cheese sauce. I would have enjoyed a more prominent cheese taste, but it was over all yummy.
