[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The classic Kraft Mac&Cheese is among my favorite boxed mac and cheeses and I'm so happy that the protein version did not sacrifice the flavor at all. It is so delicious and the noodles cooked very quickly which I wasn't expecting as protein pastas typically take longer. The texture is delicious and the leftovers will likely keep really well for next day. Great affordable high protein meal for when you want something delicious and comforting that is still nutritious. I made mine with heavy cream and butter and it turned out divine. Just did some fresh cracked pepper as a topping, but hot sauce and/or parmesan would go great with it too. Great as a main dish like I had it, or as a side.

I was a little afraid it would taste different but it really don't taste much different. My husband said he thinks the noodles have a little bit of a different texture to them. But still likes them as well.

I did not have milk so I used cream cheese as a substitute and it was still very good. Did not take long to cook and was perfect for my lunch this week without groceries.

I do like the added protein & fiber as it fills me up for longer. I do like the taste it was very cheesy and was not overwhelming at all. The texture was also creamy which I enjoy as sometime Mac n cheese can be watery. I would highly recommend!!

In terms of usability, it's super easy and quick to prepare. Te price feels fair for amount and overall experience it offers. It's also has great versatility since you can eat it on its own or add it extra ingredients and still taste amazing. Plus, the shipping was fast and packaging helped everything arrive in perfect condition.
