Being a college student is tough, you have to be on your game mentally to succeed. So a bad nights sleep will completely throw your day off. However!! Purple is amazing. I never wake up anymore feeling exhausted (unless my neighbors decided to have a 2 AM reevaluation of their relationship.) The technology behind this beautiful godsend is great. And unlike foam mattresses, I don't at all feel too hot!

I was waking up to lower back pain each morning with my old mattress. Since sleeping on the Purple Bed my morning back pain is now gone. I am a side sleeper and I was worried from reading other reviews that the Purple Bed might be a little to firm. To my pleasant surprise, I have not had any issues with side sleeping on my Purple Bed.

I wasnt sure about getting it but after watching many reviews I decided to go for it. Haven't regretted it one bit! I had a tempurpedic mattress that was saggy on the sides and kept giving my a neck pain, all of this is gone with the purple mattress. I now wake up refreshed and ready for the day ahead. You wont regret!

I have been sleeping on this bed about 60 days. Its alot firmer than I thought but its still nice. I wanted something over a spring mattress that had good air flow. Im a side sleeper and frequently would wake up in the middle of the night because my arm would fall asleep. I have only experienced this once with this bed. The bed is comfortable and I have noticed I don't get hot like I would before. I ordered the queen size and found it to be shorter than my traditional mattress, by about 2 inches. Im 6ft, 200 lbs and I take up the entire length. I plan on checking the comfort level of other beds in a store to decide if I am going to keep this one.

I love my bed so much. I literally never want to get out of bed. It's a problem haha!! My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the platform. The first month of my trial period I couldn't use my mattress unless I laid it on the floor. That was a bummer and I will say the platform is great and makes sleeping great!!

My experience with Purple was very easy, quick, and friendly. My mattress actually came sooner than the anticipated date! I personally don't get that initial "ahhhh" when laying down on it, but I do sleep better and don't wake up as sweaty. Definitely worth it!

This is my second purple mattress, I purchased a queen for myself and then I bought a king for my partner and I and we love it. We had a king Tempur-Pedic and it was terrible and cost approximately $5,000. There's no contest, purple is just better and affordable. I've had two back surgeries and needed more support. This mattress is both very supportive and firm but also really soft it's comfortable for any position I highly recommend it.. we also got free sheets with our purchase and they're amazing.

I was excited to try out the purple mattress. THE SHIPMENT was fast! I had the mattress (from the States to Canada) within 3 days! THE PACKAGING is nice even if it is a little wasteful as I don't know what use you would have for that giant purple heavy-plastic bag it comes in (compared to traditional cardboard boxes). THE SET-UP took the normal amount of 5-10 minutes (faster, if you are helped). THE MATTRESS feels nice and soft. It is definitely unique (compared to memory foam and hybrid mattress) but not in a bad way, just different technology. Does give off a bit of smell but that passes after a couple hours/days. Unfortunately, YOU NEED A BOX SPRING or something underneath that isn't slats as the mattress is so soft and thin that otherwise, you will feel the slats and metal frame underneath you as you move around. I could only put up with this for two nights and then called Purple to returned it. THE RETURN process wasn't smooth. I went to the website to start the return and it suggested I email them. I did. I got a confirmation but no actual reply. Called in and they couldn't find my order number for the longest time. The customer service representative eventually sent me a form to fill out to initiate the return, this didn't result in much for a few days. I called back as the MATTRESS HAS NO STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY so once the mattress isn't flat on a bed it is like a wet noodle, impossible to stand on its sides and takes up so much of your space. This is only an issue if you're returning the mattress and have no date for pick up. If you keep it (assuming you have a box spring or flat surface to put the mattress on) you should be fine. Just my experience wasn't ideal.

I must say the mattress keeps me cool. It has helped my back. Overall it's a smart mattress to purchase. It's way lower in cost, a smarter design has an outstanding return policy. For, that matter the consumer won't feel they are stuck with a mattress they will not benefit from. I will certainly tell people it;s overall a smart mattress to purchase.

We've had the purple mattress for over 6 months. Pro(s): Conforms to the body & pretty firm. Con(s): I sat in the same spot for a week and it permanently has a dent. It doesn't hold a normal sheet. I'm not sure if the sheets we use are the problem but it holds heat. We have a metal bed frame and you can feel every bar when sitting of the bed. *side note: you can not remove the fabric covering the bed so stains are not fun to get rid off... We also have the purple pillows which neither my husband or I use they were too thin for our comfort. Honestly I think it's worth the purchase only if you buy every product, mattress, frame, sheets as they complaining each other. - As a bed alone it's a good one.
