Hybrid premier 3 had for 2 yrs and the springs pushed through hurting me. Did an exchange and got another Hybrid 3 and it caused sever back pain because of the springs. Then I got the original Purple mattress and I'm much happier with it but it as a big pain trying to the exchange done and they didn't give me all the info at once to get all the pictures so had to do a lot more to get the exchange done.

Sadly, the Purple seems very firm to my husband and I. We bought the appropriate sheets (this did make a difference in the feel of the mattress) and gave it a shot but just is not for us. I have just started the return process so will have to comment on that at a later date. I did however have an excellent ordering experience and all my interactions with the "Purple" team have been great. I wish I had a separate method to comment on the customer service. That would be 5 stars.

We started with 1 purple mattress and now own 4. Everyone in our house is in love! the only problem is actually peeling yourself out of bed in the morning this bed is so cozy. It is so great for keeping you cool and comfortable, and if you sleep with a partner you will not feel them tossing and turning. Pair it with an adjustable base and prepare to go to heaven!!!

Sleeping on my purple has been truly amazing. I don't toss and turn nearly as much. No back aches at all. My wife who was skeptical at first is now a believer. I moved my memorey foam matress up stairs. Maybe it will recover from amniesia up there. Thanks Purple

I used to be toss and turn for hours. When I did fall asleep, I would be woken up by my arms falling asleep or my hips hurting. I was jealous that my husband could fall asleep in just minutes... I'm no longer jealous. Now, with the Purple mattress, I fall asleep faster and wake up without any pains. Even when I am only able to get 4-5 hrs, I wake up feeling refreshed and ready for my day.

I have now had the pleasure of sleeping (emphasizing the word sleep) for two full nights on my Purple mattress, and the numbers don't lie! Using my sleep tracker on my fitness watch I was averaging prior to my Purple 2.5 times awake, 17 times restless and 27 minutes awake/restless. After two nights on my new king size Purple I'm averaging 0.5 times awake, 6.5 times restless and 13.5 minutes awake/restless. I am a VERY active person and wake up for the gym every morning at 5:30. Prior to the purple I was having to take Advil most mornings to relax the tension in my joints/muscles; the last two mornings not only have I left the Advil in the medicine cabinet, I'm way more loose and energized during my morning workouts. My wife is also waking up more refreshed and energized each day. I can't explain how happy we both are with our purchase. Just for reference, I'm 6'2 200lbs and the mattress cradles me like a baby; not too hard and not to soft. Its the perfect nights sleep!

In the past it usually took around an hour for me to fully fall asleep, and that's if conditions were great. I'm a hot/restless sleeper and those that can relate know the literal 'struggle' of sticking one leg out to be cool, and trying to find that Goldilocks position that feels just right. I've also always been a 'belly-sleeper' and had trouble sleeping on my back. Thanks to my new Purple queen (for she is royalty to me), I have never had a better night's sleep! I wake up every morning now energized and completely rested. These mattresses are already 1/3 the cost of really fancy mattresses and now Purple offers payment plans for those who don't wanna break the bank right away. Scientists say your sleep affects every aspect of your life. Well, I believe it. I've only been using my Purple for the past 3 days, and I can already see an improvement in my energy levels, mood, and muscle pain. A great concept to keep prices low. I replaced a pillow top with Purple and was happy at first. But I'm a side sleeper and found that when I laid on my side with my bottom leg straight, the firmness caused my foot to be suspended in air making it hard on my back. I felt it was "too much" support". I passed the. 100 day return timeframe before requesting a refund and was declined. (Rightfully so...I get it, that's why it's "100 day return policy.). I was told to try to sell the mattress. I can't afford to buy a new mattress so I have placed a 2" topper for some cushion which has helped slightly. I love the marketing and branding and the lack of store fronts to keep the costs low and think the company is smart. Just it the right mattress for my back injury.

I like to sleep on my side but I had to stop because I would get hip pain from it. One night with my purple mattress and my hip pain was gone. Goodbye pain hello sleep, now I can sleep however I like with no issues. Needless to say I have been very happy with the mattress and my wife after the first night declared "this mattress is amazing ".

We researched about this bed for a while, and after about a year we decided to try it. My wife has loved it and says she sleeps better than ever before. As for myself. I do not sleep well in general. But in this bed I have gotten some of the best sleep of my life.... when I do fall asleep that is... This is a great bed, and had reduced my back and hip pain drastically! THANK YOU PURPLE!!!!
