First off, the mattress feels great. All pressure points are gone, neck pain is reduced, and my wife sleeps through the night even though I still roll around. You NEED to have someone carry it with you. It is very dense and heavy, but not impossible to move. It opens very easily if you follow the instructions, just make sure you have it in the location you want - it's pretty hard to move later. It really is ready to go within minutes of unwrapping. Even with it on the floor, we could tell the difference. The Purple gel cushions you and eliminates pressure points. I have even stopped using a pillow because there is so much support. The foam could even be a little thinner, but there is a lot more room to absorb and shock. I don't necessarily sleep better yet, but I sleep deeper. My wife would wake up when I would roll over but now she sleeps through. Some have complained that "the gel doesn't go all the way to the edge," but a square mattress would be weird, so it really is fine. Maybe the foam could be a tiny bit softer, but it is good how it is. I can't imagine that the 10 year warranty will be an issue, but customer service was quick and courteous, so I would not expect that to be any difference. Great mattress, but you can't move it by yourself. Feels like quality!

I had had my purple mattress for about 6 months and it's life-changing! I used to wake up every morning with aches and pains that I had just decided were part of life. Since night one, I have not once woken up in pain! When I have to sleep in a different bed for the night, the difference is amazing! I wake up with the same aches and pains I used to experience. Then one night on Purple, and I'm good to go! I've also referred two more people to purple and they both love it too. When do we get a punch card loyalty program? Also, I am patiently awaiting the arrival of my purple pillows!!!

I have had my purple for four months and I love it. I was in the process of moving had to sleep a few weeks on a different mattress and it was awful. I missed my purple every night. However this mattress is heavy and the biggest pain to move; but it's % worth it.

I'm not going to say that I immediately slept better (even though I did) because that would be cliche. I'm not going to say that for the past several years I've not been able to sleep on my left side due to joint issues and the first night on my new Purple mattress I was able to sleep on that side (even though I could). I'm not going to say that the creaky, old woman (and man for my husband) feeling went away after just one night on the new mattress (even though it did). I'm not going to say that the morning after my first night on the mattress, I didn't have any back pain for the first time in a decade (even though I didn't). I'm not going to say that we really appreciate finding out about Purple from commercials played between Studio C shows (even though we do). I'm just going to say that Purple is very comfy.

We have owned our Purple Mattress for 4 years now. I wanted to give a review as to how well this mattress has held up. When we purchased our Purple in September of 2015 my husband just had back surgery and I was suffering from sleeping on a mattress that had no support. We needed a bed that would suit both of us well. The Purple did not disappoint. It took about a week for our backs to adjust to laying on a supportive mattress. But after that we have been sleeping so well. In fact we never want to get out of bed it's so comfortable. We don't have anymore aches and pains when we wake up in the morning. There is absolutely no sagging in our mattress even after 4 years of use. I'm so impressed at how quality made this mattress is at such a great price. I've paid almost triple for other mattress that only lasted 4 years. I'm a purple mattress customer for life! If I'll even need to buy another??!! Thank you Purple for such a comfy and restful nights sleep EVERY night!

100% believe the cooling technology works, but I don't like it. I am always cold and my husband is always warm. Not a good mattress to compromise. We live in an old house in Wisconsin and even he was a little chilly on the mattress. I had to put an extra blanket between me and the mattress in order to sleep. Also very firm. My husband liked it. I woke up with aches that were not there before. My husband would love to keep the mattress, but its just not for me.

This bed was worth every penny. It supports every arch and curve of our bodies while not being too firm or too soft. This is literally the "just right" mattress. We no longer wake up with sore backs which is the first time in years that has happened. Thank you Purple!

I purchased the Purple Mattress on 02/08/2017. At first, I thought it was so comfortable, however my neck and back pain got worse and worse. I tried a ton of different pillows but ultimately I think I made a mistake not returning this before 100 days of use.

I've had problems with beds for many years. Tried many brands and types. Just could not find the right one. Had back pain or shoulder pain or other discomfort. Then I got the Purple and I absolutely love it. It is soooo comfortable and back and shoulder pain are gone. I'm writing this review from a hotel room and I can notice a huge difference not sleeping on my Purple. I recommend it highly.

So the wife and I got our bed yesterday. Excellent packaging needs a rolls out this way on it. So here is the need to know. When you first lay down its weird your body won't feel the resistance like other mattresses and it take a min kinda feels like you are on firm jello. Let your body become the banana and sink into the jello. It's amazing ( you don't actually sink in its a metaphor) but when your body relaxes it's like you are suspended. No heat transfer with the wife and toddler in the bed at night. For the last few years I would wake up feeling pain in my hips, and like I haven't slept at all. This morning I woke up pain free and well rested. Word of caution if you have stuff to do. Don't lay back in bed you will fall asleep
