Out of the box, just as expected, easy to open from the heavy roll and comfortable from the start. My only hesitation on a 5 star rating is that I feel like the purple honeycomb layer on top could be just a bit thicker to account for more body contours/softness. Have only used it for a few months, but so far, so good.

So far so good, shipping was ok, everything shipped separately but can't really blame them especially because of this whole covid-19 thing but everything got here when they said it would. As for the set up of the bed super easy and sturdy. The frame looks amazing and the whole mattress inflating was fun to watch. The mattress itself is a little firmer then I thought but man was it comfortable. I feel it will take a bit to get use too because it definitely doesn't feel like other mattresses but I'm looking forward to sleeping in it more.

We had some definite issues with the shipping process, but once we received the mattress, we loved it. We rarely hang out on our couch anymore - we just want to lay in our new bed. We both have upper or lower back problems and the mattress is helping relieve both of our pain.

The Purple mattress is worth the price. I've always heard great things about the purple mattress and do they live up to those things. I usually side sleep, but the mattress is perfect for any style. Smell and adjustment might be the only few gripes with the mattress. The smell goes away after a couple of days to about a week. It's not strong or pungent but it is noticeable sometimes. Also at least for me my body had to get a little used to the structure beneath it. However, after a few nights it's like floating on air sometimes.

Wow, I purchased this mattress for my Dad who was moving in with me. He is WWII vet and has OA of the spine. Every day wakes up in NO pain, he said, "Deb I sleep like a baby". My teenager was really set on having a Purple so 3 years ago we bought the first. It has worn really well so when it was time for me to get a new bed I went back to purple. I enjoy how much its helped my joints... much less hip pain so I wake and roll less.

I WOULD TELL EVERY ONE THAT HAS ANY KINDA PAIN IN THERE BODY TO GET THIS MATTRESS, I HAVE ARTHRITIS IN BOTH OF MY HIPS AND ALSO LOWER BACK PAIN. ANY OTHER MATTRESS THAT I TRY OUT, I WOULD STILL HAVE PAIN AND WAKE UP WITH STIFFNESS. I HAVE INSOMNIA AT TIMES AND CANT SLEEP. I WOULDN'T GO TO SLEEP TIL EARLY MORNING BECAUSE I AM FIGHTING ALL THE PAIN I HAVE TO GO THREW. SOME NIGHT I WOULD CRY BECAUSE I AM IN SO MUCH PAIN . I DON'T LIKE MED SO I WOULD SUFFER THREW THE PAIN. SINCE I INVESTED IN PURPLE 3 KING MATTRESS I BEEN SLEEPING LIKE A NEW BORN BABY, MAJORITY OF ALL MY PAIN HAD'S GONE AWAY SINCE THEN I BEEN GETTING GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP.
