I was skeptical when I watched the commercials, but then I read the positive reviews and decided to give it a shot. I figured what the heck - if I don't like it I'll send it back... Well, I'm happy to say I LOVE my queen mattress! It has seriously changed my life. I am no longer in pain when I wake up and I sleep through the night with no hip or shoulder pain waking me up. I also bought the platform base and mattress protector - and I love them too! I have plans to buy the sheets when I can. So if you're debating - take it from a skeptic - you should try it, they aren't lying to you. It is seriously the best mattress I've ever owned in my entire 40 years of living.

I spent the money on your mattress because when I first tried the mattress I loved it. But after having it a few months, I am aware it doesn't properly support my side when sleeping. I wake up so sore in the hips and it makes me so disappointed. One good thing is I don't overheat the way I used to, but I'm sad to say that's the only up side so far. I spent so much money and I just want to love it

1st mattress arrived with a couple dinner plate size divots in the top foot side. Mattress seemed completely fine otherwise. Slept ok but feet kept going into the divots. Purple customer service was more than apologetic and sent info on providing pics to show the divots and quickly sent a replacement. Replacement has been awesome and experience with customer service was uncharacteristically prompt and pleasant. Mattress sleeps cool, is the perfect amount of softness and support. I travel a lot for work and look forward to a better nights sleep whenever I get home. Highly recommend! I would rate 5 stars but the first one had defects...

Over a hundred days, and I'm loving my new Purple queen. It is well constructed and is holding up nicely. It sleeps pretty firm, but this was a nice change from my pillow top. Seems a bit too firm for my wife, but she hasn't had any major complaints. All in all, we're very pleased with our new mattress.

Mattress had a cut on the surface near the foot of the bed. It looked like a slash to the mattress. My son is very young and doesn't reach that part of the bed yet. I will probably have to get a new mattress the moment he grows enough to reach it and starts to mess with it. I don't know how that could even happen to these mattresses. I ordered one less than a year ago and loved it, which is why we ordered one for my son. I don't think I'll be buying one for my daughter when the time comes. Too much of a risk. The bed itself is obviously very comfortable, which is why we purchased it to begin with.

Well I've had it for over 30 days I still wake up in the morning with my body aching my husband loves it. Me not so much. I personally would not buy it again the price is just too much. It would be different if it made a big difference in the way I feel in the mornings but it doesn't.

Had a new memory foam mattress. Experienced daily hip pain when waking. Also was hot hot. Researched mattresses, got Purple. Pain went bye bye immediately and hasn't returned. And this mattress is so cool that it's cool! I've never 'loved" a mattress before, but haft say, love Purple. The tech message is spot on.

I purchased my Purple mattress, platform, and purple pillow over a year ago. I waited to write this review because I wanted to be sure that it actually held up and was not just a fluke. Purple is an amazing company and their products are amazing too! The Purple mattress has been the best adult purchase I have ever made. This is a super comfortable mattress that meet my needs and my husbands. It is the first mattress that has allowed me to sleep on my back and the first one that allows my husband to sleep on his back without snoring. The mattress has great airflow, which means no more sleeping in a puddle of sweat for anyone. Motion does not transfer motion either, which is a bonus when your dog flops onto the bed at 2 am. I have also had less knee pain since getting this bed. I have arthritis in my knees, and I assumed that the normal pain I got at night was from what I had done during the day. Sometimes it is, but since getting this mattress I have realized that a lot of it was my old mattress and the pressure points it caused. After over a year of sleep, sitting, flopping, dog wrestling, cat napping, etc. this mattress is still going strong. There is not an indent where we sleep or where my dog sleeps, or even where my cat normally naps. We have not had issues with smell or needing to turn the mattress or flip it. Even better is that he cover the cover that comes with the mattress is designed to easily be removed without having to pull the mattress on and off. Putting sheets on this mattress is a breeze. You can just pull up the end and put the sheet on. You are not trying to wrestle with a huge mattress. The Purple Platform Bed Frame is just as amazing. It is easy to set up, take down, and store. The only issue we had was easily fixed by the customer service reps. We found that our platform was starting to squeak pretty bad, we contacted them about it. Not only did they get back to us quickly the whole process was done in a couple hours over email. We were sent a new base and were told we could do what we wished with the old ones. The base has so much room under it which means I can easily vacuum all the fur bunnies up that my pets happily create. Finally, the Purple Pillow is pretty awesome too! This was a free gift with our purchase, and I have a love hate relationship with pillows and figured, why not. I will not be going back to normal pillows! I finally can sleep without flipping my pillow a million times in the night or having to find the perfect spot in the pillow. It is so comfortable, and I do not get neck cramps from contorting to try and find the perfect pillow spot. Overall, we love this mattress and everything with it. Neither of us want to sleep on anything else and when we have to, we miss our mattress!

I was reluctant to try a non-spring mattress for years. This is the first time I did, and I'm so glad I waited for Purple. I had spent six weeks with incredibly painful back spasms that required steroid injections and lots of Doctor and chiropractor visits. Getting out of bed was the most painful part of my day. Now I'm sleeping comfortably and have been able to resume my active lifestyle. I love the delicate support Purple provides and will be buying more mattresses for the rest of the beds in my home. Never going back to springs again. I'm a Purple girl.

I love the sheets. Really good fit. Very cool feeling. This is by far the best sleep I have had in a very long time. I only wish I would have waited another two weeks to purchase. I would have been able to get the free pillows instead of the sheets. All is a very good product.
