The first night I was impressed. The second night not so much. But after that the decision was final. FANTASTIC! I can't imagine going back to any other mattress. I have had sleep number, high rated memory foams and the list goes on. I was fearful of trying such a novel mattress but the guarantee, the free pick up (not just free return where you have to get it back in the box it came in) convinced me to try it. BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!

Mattress arrived damaged (rip in the side). Smelled like chemicals. Mattress was super thin compared to our existing memory foam mattress (which was a third of the price, and way better built/more comfortable). Customer service was able to help facilitate a return quickly.

We had several pillow top mattresses over the years and their great till their not. They develop the body intention and then you sleep in a hot hole. Our son and his wife bought the purple mattress first and loved theirs so we bought one. I can finally sleep and not be hot and my body is fully supported. My husband and in have neck and back issues and our pain is less and we are not stiff when we wake up. We give the purple five stars.

One word AMAZING!!!!! Has been a while since I've slept through the night. Took a few days to get used to it but that's every bed, but once I did no waking up at night to find another comfortable spot or ANY thing else. Just sleep and the feeling of having a good night's rest the next morning!

My wife and I recently decided it was time to ditch our old mattress (we've had it for a long time and it was old when it was new to us). We had back pain, uncomfortable nights and more. We were looking for a new king-sized mattress (we were on a full) and decided that it was best to get an excellent mattress than to try and save a buck here or there. And boy, are we happy with our Purple mattress. While it is more expensive than a traditional mattress, it is far cheaper than high-end mattresses and offers far-superior comfort and performance. We absolutely love it. It is so comfortable, so easy to sleep on (and stay or go back to sleep on) and when the kids hop in the bed in the morning we sometimes don't even notice because we're so soundly asleep and the mattress doesn't transmit the extra movement. Look no further, this is the mattress you want and need. Here's hoping it lasts well beyond ten years, I never want to buy another mattress, but if I have to, I want it to be a purple!

Checkout was easy and the mattress was delivered within a few days. The mattress (original model) could be a bit thicker/taller, but it is very comfortable. Our back pain is significantly less since we started sleeping on our new Purple mattress! The pillow, however, is awful and has its own review.

Had a Sleep Number bed and loved it but decided to see what else was out there. This was super easier to set up. There wasn't an odor and slept in it that night. I woke up thinking it may take time to get used to but I was wrong. By night two I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. No more pressure point pain. Reasonable price for the quality that's provided. Highly recommend!

I was very nervous ordering a mattress, shrink wrapped in a box, off of the internet that I had not had a chance to see and feel in person. But, after a month of research, visiting stores, combing through these reviews and the 100 night guarantee I decided to go for it. I ordered the Mattress, Platform Base, Mattress Protector and Sheets. It has now been a month of use and every time I sit on it I grin! I would have never thought I would love it so much! Takes me no time to go to sleep at night and do not wake up with any aches and pains in the morning. I also thought sure my Husband would not like it long term after the first few nights because he generally likes a firmer mattress but neither of us want to get out of bed in the morning and his snooze alarm is getting a LOT of use! The platform base is nicely built, was easy to put together and very sturdy! The sheets are soft and stretchy! Hope this is the last mattress I buy for a while and would recommend anyone on the fence to just go for it! I feel like I will be ordering the pillows soon...

After the initial hiccup with the delivery provider every thing was great. The service provided by the Purple team was above and beyond. The first mattress arrived hanging out of it's packaging not sure what Fed Ex did to it. Called Purple to complain but the situation was handles so well there was no complaint at all. After a brief conversation with the representative a replacement was on its way. Been sleeping great every since. Thanks

I bought this bed for my husband! He has sciatica, extremely painful back pain that runs down his leg..and every morning before work he had to stretch on the floor because his back ached so badly. Since day one this bed has been a blessing! He has not needed to stretch in the morning! He is a new man because of the comfort and sleep he gets now. No complaints from me either. I normally sleep on my left side due to constant pain on my right. I was very surprised to be able to sleep on either side with no pain from pressure. I would definitely recommend this bed!
