We have a beagle and a small terrier mix. Both dogs enjoyed the flavor and the size of the mini chunks. I feel more confident as to the nutritional value of the Iams compared to other dog foods. I will purchase this brand again and perhaps try another flavor to keep the dogs interested in meal time.

It looks to be of great quality. Good sized chunks. Unfortunately I have an extremely picky eater. She's old & set in her ways so she wasn't enthused with the change. I can't say that she hated it or loved it but I probably wouldn't buy it regularly for her. Nothing negative to say about the product though!

My family has been using this kind of iams for YEARS! It’s the only dog food we’ve never had issues with, it keeps my dogs in good shape and very healthy. Before finding iams other food messes with my dogs stomachs giving them diarrhea, or vomit but I’ve never had an issue with any of my dogs stomachs after eating this! I’ll forever use iams with my pets! This brand is very safe and reliable and trustworthy seeing as I haven’t had N issues or known anyone to have any!

Only food I would feed my small Beagle.  She rarely has digestive problems as long as she eats IAMS exclusively.  It's the only dog food I buy - I tried Purina ONE once and she got sick after eating it.  I would always recommend IAMS for pets after our experience.

I just switched my dog over from a puppy kibble to adult food, and I put some serious thought and research into what I wanted from a dog food. My my main criteria were quality ingredients and a good value. What I found was that Iams met those standards best and is such an easily accessible brand - I can purchase it anywhere that sells dog food! My dog loves his new food.

My dog is on doggy prozac and her appetite decreased, so I switched the dog food at my vet's recommendation to find something she likes more. I was on Rachel Ray Just 6 prior to switching, and thankfully my dog was much more excited about Iams Proactive Health! She finishes the bowl and will even "work" to get it (sometimes I put her food in a food dispensing toy). Haven't seen any allergic reactions/digestion issues so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After I received the Iams Proactive Health Mini Chunks I mixed it with her regular dog food, she sniffed it for awhile and sneezed. She refused to eat it so I left it out, she went back to her bowl and only ate her regular dog food. The next day I tried to feed her by hand but she refused to eat the Iams. I'm still trying different ways to get her to try the Iams dog food but still she refuses.

When the dog food arrived I read the bag to find out what were the ingredients and to my surprise one of them was chicken. My fears were over because my dog loves chicken. She usually eats as soon as I get home from work but the first day I put down her new food this changed. When I got home from work her food dish was already empty. Boy was I surprised. When I put down her dinner portion she went right to town. She was loving every moment of her dish. Before I ran out I went right to the market to get some more Iams as to not let my dog down. I've found her a new favorite.

Meal time is not a chore with this food. I put it in his bowl and Homer eats it! I don't usually like to change dog food brands, but when this opportunity came up, I decided it was worth a try. Thanks, Iams! The chicken as the first ingredient is important to me and the delicious taste is important to Homer. Another important and wonderful fact is that Homer's poops are nice and solid and easy to pick up!! Thanks again, Iams!
