I have used this product for years. Bought a new bottle and whatever you guys changed, it was a huge mistake. Smells terrible, dried out skin after just washing a couple of items. So disappointed that I’m going to have to find a new product and throw this one away. I have never been so triggered to where I felt the need to get on a basic product’s website to leave a review.

I have been using the Dawn Ultra Platinum for years now and just opened a new bottle (the large 90oz one from Sam’s) and I had to review the label a dozen+ times to make sure I got the correct one. It’s the same, but it smells AWFUL! Is this just a bad batch, or have they changed the scent? The previous scent, along with its cleaning power, is one huge reason I loved this soap, as I am extremely particular. Now, it smells like a rotten strawberry banana bandaid that’s been left in the Vegas heat for 5 minutes too long.

The refreshing rain scent is truly awful and I’m out of the fresh scent . Every store only has the large bottle in refreshing rain currently and I love dawn but I can not do this scent. At the very least give us an option. My go to is fresh scent in the giant bottle.

After many many years of only using dawn dish liquid- I’m done- the last Bottle I purchased I thought it was laundry detergent, but it turns out it’s a new scent that Dawn somehow thought people would like? It’s awful. I’ve purchased about six different bottles that it’s the original scent but it just comes out to be this new sent. I’m done looking for the original- Dawn you need to update your labeling.

Dawns price may be more, but you will use much less and get the job done the first time. The scent is pleasant, and it's gentle on your hands too!

I have used original Dawn for over 50 years. This new fresh scent is awful - who wants to wash dishes in cologne. YUK! If this is the scent to be for original I will take a hard pass. One of the reasons I love the original is the scent , leave things alone that is not broke.

Dawn can be used for just about anything from doing dishes to releasing stains! I specifically get the blue platinum so my clothes don’t get stained and honestly is the best smelling out of all. It isn’t oily like some and never leaves residue on the freshly cleaned dishes!

OMG: I didn't know Dawn had changed the scent and supposedly put a secret ingredient, until I opened the new bottle I had. The strong ugly scent started to give me a COVID headache and the headache lingers because the strong odor stays in your hands. The old Dawn scent was pretty good and I have been using it for 35 years. I am going to have to find another detergent for now. Will not go back until the original scent is brought back.
