Loved Dawn and only used it for years. The new scent is horrible though. Since P&G has mentioned they will not bring back the original scent, I will have to change brands to find a less offensive scent. P&G did the same thing with Tide, years ago, which still makes me very sad. Never been back to Tide either. Here's a novel idea...Want a new scent, then just offer a new scent but leave the original the same. Then you don't lose loyal customers.

I got the refill size because of how good it is, not only is it very affordable but it lasts a long time thanks to it's concentrated formula. It removes all grease from the dishes very quick and if you leave it soaking with a little of water it helps to get anything stuck off the pans or dishes. The bottles are recyclable for anyone worried about the plastic, and by buying the refill size you can save a lot of plastic and help the planet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dawn Ultimate is an amazing.I can have the most burnt crusted over pan sitting for two days.A small amount of Dawn let the pan soak.Pow comes clean in less than five minutes.Cleans my floors,tub,even my husbands work clothes.Works wonders as a presoak.And Dawn does a great job on birds.Love the commercials.I try to find it in the large bottles.No Dawn no clean.

My wife and I absolutely love using this soap. In our first year together as a married couple we only went through one bottle and we didn't even have a dishwasher! This cost of this product is well worth it and something I would definitely recommend.

I have used original Dawn for over 50 years. This new fresh scent is awful - who wants to wash dishes in cologne. YUK! If this is the scent to be for original I will take a hard pass. One of the reasons I love the original is the scent , leave things alone that is not broke.

Only use DAWN, I’ve tried other brands but they fall short of what dawn can do. Last longer, cuts through the grease and is gentle on my hands. May cost alittle more than other brands but well worth it!! Use this instead of wasting money on other brands

Dawn is no joke. This is the best dish soap i have ever used. I have tried off brand, Palmolive, Ajax and a few other brands and they don’t even compete against Dawn. This soap does all the work, you don’t need to scrub a whole lot to get those tough grease and baked on foods off your dishes.

I've been buying dawn for many many years. The only dish soap I've been willing to purchase. That is until a couple of months ago. No more..NOT EVER will I buy dawn again if it stays as it is now. The smell of this new scent is horrific. It doesn't rinse off the dishes or dish cloth. Why why why did you mess with a GOOD thing? Very disappointing! I wish I could give zero stars. 1 star being "product is poor" doesn't ever come close to how bad this smell is.

Horrible smell. Why change it? I couldn't figure out what the perfume smell was in our sink - I didn't think it was Dawn because it never smelled like this. But sure enough, that's what it was. It also lingers- it's outside (we keep the larger container in the garage). It smells like someone dumped a whole bottle outside. I don't think I noticed the smell before this new "fresh new scent"

The new Dawn scent is awful. Overpowering and sickening, no one wants to wash their dishes with heavy perfume. I've been using Dawn for many years, why would they mess with such a good product? Please go back to the original scent because I'm looking for a new dish washing product. Loyal customers are hard to find!!!
