We're so sorry to learn you're not happy with your bottle of Dawn Platinum Dish Soap with Refreshing Rain scent. Because safety is our top priority, we thoroughly check that all ingredients we use are safe, both on their own and as part of the combined formula, through years of safety testing and collaborations with global safety agencies. We're confident, when used as directed, our products are safe for virtually all to use. That being said, because your safety is so important to us, and you've noted your experience as you have, we encourage you to put the remaining Dawn Platinum with Refreshing Rain Scent in a spot where it won't be used or lost in case we ask you to return the bottle to us. Then, give us a call any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Our number is 1 (800) 725-3296.
