New scent

The new Platinum scent-Refreshing Rain is HORRIBLE!!! Smells like hospital antiseptic! So disappointing!

Always gets dishes clean never a greasy residue left behind. Even tough baked on food comes off easily with this product.

eliminates grease with little effort and smells great. You don't need to use much as a little goes a very long way with this and smells so good

This is the only dish soap we use. A little will go a LONG way. Doesn't have to soak long for those caked on pots, pans, or glass dishes.

The best dish detergent ever. I will not ever use a different one. It gets my dishes clean with ease. Even baked on stuff.

We're disappointed to hear you're unhappy with our Dawn Platinum Refreshing Rain, as your comfort is important to us. Please know our products go through strict quality checks to ensure washing dishes is successful, so we've shared your experience with our Safety Team. It's helpful to know that if the soap isn't completely rinsed off or if the dishes have become porous, it is possible. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous and should be washed by hand. Our Dawn Free & Clear has the lightest scents and may be the best option for you. So we can learn more about the bottle of Dawn that's not meeting your expectations, please call us at (800) 725-3296.

Gross new scent!

The new scent is gross! I will be switching to a different product. It is too floral and sweet, ugh. Just GROSS! Why change a good thing?
