The soap is a little runny, but that's a small minus. The smell is not harsh, just normal. But I always wash dishes with gloves, because dish soap really dries out my skin, including this one. But honestly that's all dish soaps, otherwise they wouldn't be able to clean dried food and coffee and tea stains from cups so well 🤣 right? So overall it's a great soap for a good price. I always hand clean my dishes and Dawn is perfect for cutting through grease and giving a perfectly cleaned cutlery. I got this Dawn dishwash liquid in scent fresh rain complimentary from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. It makes a great lather and effectively and thoroughly cleans dishes.
