Greetings Lori, thanks for connecting with Dawn and sharing your thoughts regarding Dawn Ultra Original and Dawn Platinum Fresh Rain hand dish soaps. We thank you for sharing your feedback, as it’s greatly valued and it will be forwarded to our R&D Team. You mentioned Dawn Platinum Fresh Rain, as well. We want to assure you that we thoroughly test all of our ingredients for safety before we use them in a product, so the experience you’ve described isn’t what we expect. Safety is our top priority and based on what you shared we do recommend discontinuing use of this Dawn. If you still have it, put the bottle in a safe spot in case we ask you to return it to us. In the meantime, please give us a call at (800) 725-3296 Monday-Friday 9 AM - 6 PM EST for more help with both of these purchases.

We always expect our Platinum Liquid to give your dishes the best clean, so we're disappointed to hear this hasn't been you experience recently. There hasn't been any recent changes to this formula, so we'd like the chance to learn more about your bottle. Please give us a call at (800) 725-3296 when you have a minute to chat.
