We do apologize for this frustration, but we're thinking it's possible you may have purchased a different bottle of Dawn than you regularly do. While the Platinum Refreshing Rain scented soap has recently undergone a name change, dropping the "re" and the "ing", so that it's only "Fresh Rain", the scent itself did not change. We'd like to mention that while our Dawn Platinum Refreshing Rain now goes by Dawn Platinum Fresh Rain, no scent change has taken place. This was a name change only. As well, we've made no changes to the formula. If you live in area with hard water, you may have to use more dishwashing liquid. Another cause of dishwashing liquid not cleaning effectively is the water temperature being too low. Water should be 105 to 115°F (40.56 to 46.11°C).
