There's enough cooking surface to feed a family of 7 or a party of 20. The quality of the grill is enough that requires little to no maintenance. The company is innovative with more accessories than you can imagine with all being functional. If you want to buy a grill and never have to replace then this is for you. The quality allows this to be a generational grill.

This is my second kamando joe, the first one was destroyed in a hurricane. My Joe is great for smoking and low and slow cooks. I use the rotisserie and pizza additions. And of course searing steaks and bbq. I use to have a smoker and rotisserie I've thrown them out. My Joe does it all. I highly recommend it.

I've been using this Big Joe III for about three years, and it is a solid and dependable smoker/grill. I have a gas grill but since this Big Joe III is so easy to use, I tend to use it more than my gas grill. Once I figured out how to control the temperature, (which did not take long), I can easily smoke any type of meat and get excellent results. I've also grilled all kind of steaks, from fillets to tomahawk ribeye's, and the taste is fantastic. I've had other smokers in the past, but they were fine, but they did not last very long. This Big Joe III hasn't changed a bit since the day I bought it. It's stored outside 24/7 all year long in the Kansas City weather, (with the cover) and it's ready to go no matter what the weather throws at me. 100% satisfied with this purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this a few years now. I've used it for grilling, smoking, frying etc. It performa well with it all. I've had can smokers, offsets but this is one of the easiest smokers to manage as a busy individual. Typically I like to say use the right tool for the job as multi tools are always only okay. In the case of the big Joe I don't feel like you suffer once you dial in your process.

Finally made the investment in a Big Joe III. Now I understand what I've been missing out on all these years. Best ribs, best brisket, best steak.
