great but price is obscene! Served in the USN in Japan in the mid 60s and the original vesrsion of this was very popular called Mushi Kamado--- the did not have many bells and whistles but they were absolutely great- ,,,AND COST $7-8 BUCKS!!!!

Sam’s absolutely failed us and the customer service they “provided” was abysmal. I placed this order for shipping and they called the day the item was going to be shipped saying that they were canceling our order because they were unable to coordinate shipping of the item. They gave us a general “don’t care not my problem” attitude. The solution they offered us was come pick it up or they were canceling the order. The item was on sale when I purchased it and I lost that sale price. I called the 800 number and they had no clue what to do saying there was no record the store called me and there was nothing they could do because they were not able to see the order was canceled. We’re done with Sam’s.
