I've had my Classic Joe III for two years now - I does not disappoint! Great smoke on brisket, ribs, etc. Keeps temperature constant with very little maintenance during cook. Love this thing..

I was luckily gifted this behemoth by a family member who no longer had the space for it. We used it so much during the summer and even for Christmas after I got the Joetisserie attachment to make Cornish Hens. The versatility is unparalleled!
