[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Kamado Joe Big Joe III for almost 2 years now and it has been life changing. The way that it cooks is beyond anything I could have dreamed of. I went from making everything on a gas grill and doing a decent job to making incredibly tasty food with a lot less work. Once you learn how to get the grill fired up, the maintenance during a cook is really minimized. I love all of the accessories that come with the Big Joe as well. The SloRoller being my favorite. I've loved using the Joe so much that I purchased the Joetisserie and the DoJoe also. Would highly recommend this product 10 times over.

I've had can smokers, offsets but this is one of the easiest smokers to manage as a busy individual. Typically I like to say use the right tool for the job as multi tools are always only okay. In the case of the big Joe I don't feel like you suffer once you dial in your process.

The size makes it somewhat difficult to use only half of the surface. overall great purchase once adjusted to fuel use.

There are times when I need all of the space. The flavor the Kamado produces is excellent! I am to the point I can cook better tasting food than going out to eat.

I watched countless videos on cooking techniques and recipes…you can cook anything on the grill. The versatility and the amazing food it produces is incredible. I honestly don't order streak at restaurants anymore because nothing compares to my reverse seared filet on my KJ!!!!

The grill hold temperature great for longer cooking sessions and is easy to control the temperatures by adjusting the air flow slots. Everything that is cooked on this grill has great taste and the different types of grates/accessories that you can buy can basically make it the only grill that you need in your out door kitchen. Additionally the build quality of the grill is great. I've cooked on my grill for the last 4 years and haven't had any issues. One last thing that I really enjoy about the Kamado Joe is that it comes with everything you need when you buy it and the hydraulic assisted lid makes it very easy to open and shut the grill.

Grilling on both our Big Joe and Joe Jr. convinced us of the the power offered by a kamado style grille. Experiencing the benefits of both made it easy to recognize the value in a Classic Series 3. The Classic Series 3 is a versatile powerhouse that can handle it all and we absolutely love it! From low and slow, indirect or direct grilling the grille offers every angle of attack! We have yet to come across a cook that this grill hasn't crushed! Each of these beloved family members have a place in our hearts and our cooking needs.
