Rather it's grilling something for a quick and nice weeknight date night with my girlfriend or a smoking some meat with my friends on the weekend. This grill has been a gathering spot for me and my circle for years and will be for years to come.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] won my 18inch kamado grill,which is still setting in the living room,which i won from a bourbon maker.am a 68 yoa diabled old fart on ss . basically a microwaver,but would like to learn how to use the grill. being in south fla,it would be a great assist when power goes out due to hurricanes. no way to do photos.

I was gifted it by my wife for my birthday and I have enjoyed it ever since. so much fun from starting it up to cooking on it. My only complaint comes to the placement of the ceramic parts to form the firebox. To get the ring to slide down and fit snuggly on the parts for a proper base, I need to utilize paper towels to push the ceramic parts in which sit there until I next I have to remove the ceramic pieces to clean the system.

I have purchased the dojoe, jotisserie and the baskets. This was the best decision I could of made. After watching smokingdadbbq, I learned how easy it was to manage the temperature of this big grill. I found it was so easy that once you set the temp, it's almost a set it and forget it. The KBJ3 allows you to do multi level cooking. This is a grill for a life time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the big joe III for 8 months. I used it at least 3 times a week, I love it. I does everything grill, low and slow smoke and bake. I have the rotisserie attached and it's great. Once you stabilize the grill at the desired temp it's a dream. No temp fluctuations. My stick burner smoker hasn't seen any action since we made our joe part of the family

Reverse Searing, Smoked Turkey to Pizza and every one is so excited to sit down because it always turns out wonderful. I also enjoy the process and get excited to try new recipes the Kamado is so versatile.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone knows the quality of Kanata Joe I've had classic three for about five years now and this is my most used grill. I can use it for long and slow cooks, I can use it for extremely high sea and anything in between, also the charcoal flavor is amazing, and cannot be replaced with anything my truly most favorite go to workhorse!

Not just any bbq, a terrible cut of meat that is known to be tough or prone to being dry, a brisket. My Kamado Joe will just not let my brisket get dry, even if I tried. My Joe helps my bbq stand out within our neighborhood bbq community.

Moving up to my Classic III was a total game changer in my smoking skill's. It's fun to experiment with all the types of different foods and how I can improve from my last cook. from Slo Roll, Do Joe, Spinning on a Rotisserie, Grilling and more !!!!!. it's amazing how your neighbors all just happen to be walking by to see what you have on the Kamato Joe that day ;). I just tell them if they want to watch and learn they need to BRING BEER.

I absolutely love my Kamado Joe!! It is a great smoker and grill compared to Big Green Egg. (which I have owned two over the years). I bought my Big Joe III last year for my birthday. It is a superior grill in every way...from the one finger lifting of the top to the heavy duty seal it provides, I can't say enough good things about my KJ. IT ROCKS!
