[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my KJB3 in April and it was delivered on June 15th. I have cooked on this grill every week. I have purchased the dojoe, jotisserie and the baskets. This was the best decision I could of made. After watching smokingdadbbq, I learned how easy it was to manage the temperature of this big grill. I found it was so easy that once you set the temp, it's almost a set it and forget it. The KBJ3 allows you to do multi level cooking. This is a grill for a life time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill can do everything from slow smoking a cut of pork to baking a cake (I've baked a few chocolate cakes in it - smoked chocolate, yes sir!). It sears beautifully and the multi levels with ceramic diffusers makes cooking several things easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finially replaced my cheap kamado with a Classic III. What a difference, from the hinge to the vent controls, not even on the same level as the Joe. No more temperature drifts, set it and forget it.

Have had my Classic II for 3 years now and am very satisfied. It has done just about all I have asked of it. Once the temperature is dialed in, it will hold there for hours with no maintenance. It is much easier to cook at high temperatures (>600) than low (<250). I still have not figured that out. The only complaint I have is with the fire ring. They are prone to cracking. I am on my Third one in 3 years, but KJ has been great about replacing it with the lifetime warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] won my 18inch kamado grill,which is still setting in the living room,which i won from a bourbon maker.am a 68 yoa diabled old fart on ss . basically a microwaver,but would like to learn how to use the grill. being in south fla,it would be a great assist when power goes out due to hurricanes. no way to do photos.

Reverse Searing, Smoked Turkey to Pizza and every one is so excited to sit down because it always turns out wonderful. I also enjoy the process and get excited to try new recipes the Kamado is so versatile.

Not just any bbq, a terrible cut of meat that is known to be tough or prone to being dry, a brisket. My Kamado Joe will just not let my brisket get dry, even if I tried. My Joe helps my bbq stand out within our neighborhood bbq community.
