[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Jumped in with both feet and bought a Big Joe III. This is my first ceramic cooker and it is GREAT. Most things are intuitive and You Tube videos were helpful. Been cooking outdoors since college (1966), used lots of products. Nothing in the past is comparable, not even close. So far pork rump roast, spare ribs, chicken and the absolute best 15 lb. brisket I've ever cooked. 12 hours of uninterrupted smoke @ 230 F and 2 hours finishing @ 325 F. Next on the carnivore list is low and slow smoked Cod. Never heard of this before, but if it turns out as good as it sounds, going to call it "Low Rider Cod". Veggies are super easy with the expansion rack system. Big eye opener was how long the fire lasts once you get the cooker stabilized. Easy clean up too! It's evident that the company has put a lot of thought into creating this gem. If I could offer a suggestion, since the Big Joe is so heavy, perhaps you might consider larger casters for this model.

I was a avg. gas griĺler and de ided to buy a classic joe 3 and it has been a life changer for me and the family. I was nervous about the iniitail spend, but the amazing foodyou can make off a kamado is so worth it. Cuicken, pizza, steaks, ribs, roasts and veggies taste so awesome my family just gobbles it up and the leftovers the next day are gone by noon!

It has been a fun project between him and I, and with him and our adult son, to learn to use it and try new things out of the smoker. It was pretty easy to set up (did use some YouTube help) and he was able to do a big boston butt the first day. We have since done several types of meats, burgers and the best briskets we have ever eaten. He hardly uses the gas grill anymore and is making plans for Thanksgiving. I very much recommend this product!

It's paid for itself because now we don't go out to eat. And if we do I never get the high dollar steak because it's never as big or good as what I can make for a fraction of the price. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the stand alone Big Joe 3 about two months ago. The grill was packaged very well and arrived earlier than expected. I'm still in the process of finishing my outdoor kitchen but couldn't wait to use it so I set it up on some cinder blocks. The first few cooks have been awesome! I'm constantly using the recipes from the website and YouTube. My dream is to start my own YouTube channel and use this as one of the main features. I'll send so pictures when it's installed. Absolutely love it so far!

This is my second kamando joe, the first one was destroyed in a hurricane. My Joe is great for smoking and low and slow cooks. I use the rotisserie and pizza additions. And of course searing steaks and bbq. I use to have a smoker and rotisserie I've thrown them out. My Joe does it all. I highly recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the grill a couple of weeks ago. SO far it has been performing as well as I expected if not better. Very easy to use, flame is easily adjustable, and results are good. It would be great if it came with grates better for searing than the stock wire ones, but these work well enough and I have cast iron on order.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this grill. We do a lot of steaks and this grill gives them such a good flavor. Everyone always asks me to cook because they love the flavor of the food. I really only use it as a bbq grill and not a smoker with the accessories.
