Great breakfast machine! I start with putting in the 24" griddle and add bacon, then slice potatoes and fry in the bacon juices. then make scrambled eggs, french toast and pancakes all on the griddle, cleanup is easy!

There is no dogmatic aspect to this and you can configure it according to needs and desires. It builds up great heat.
