The BJ can be more economical in charcoal use depending on use!, even the Joetisserie is able to hold so much more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this grill in 2018 on the advice of a friend who owns 3 green eggs.😆 He says it's a great grill plus it comes with extra accessories. I was impressed with the lid hinge and how easy it was to lift. My friends grill is heavy to lift the lid. He too was impressed. I cook just about everything on this grill. I love the rotisserie which I use often. I like doing chargrilled oysters when the weather gets cooler. I have always used Weber grills too many to count and will never look back. My wife of 45 years and I absolutely love these Kamado grills.

Moving up to my Classic III was a total game changer in my smoking skill's. It's fun to experiment with all the types of different foods and how I can improve from my last cook. from Slo Roll, Do Joe, Spinning on a Rotisserie, Grilling and more !!!!!. it's amazing how your neighbors all just happen to be walking by to see what you have on the Kamato Joe that day ;). I just tell them if they want to watch and learn they need to BRING BEER.

Purchased a couple of months ago and averaged 4 to 5 cooks a week on it and it takes your cooking to another level of enjoyment and quality. I went from a Weber charcoal and never looked back, it has become an obsession and my family loves everything cooked on the Kamado Joe.

Pellets, blackstone, offset, propane...they all have their "thing" they do better than everything else. But this ceramic does everything I've asked it to do as well as or better than the specialty things. Size/capacity is the only downside I've ran into. Sometimes I like to cook for groups & it doesn't have the capacity. But tase is ALWAYS off the charts.

It have me plenty of time to learn all the different ways out can use it, and I'm still learning more today. Not only is it a superior cook, it literally does everything. The classic 3 also comes with every accessory you need right out of the box. Some other kamados, specifically those green with envy, nickel and dime you on everything. This comes with the three tier rack, heat deflectors, coal shaker basket, shelves, tools, a slow roller, literally everything. I've done a slow smoke at under 200 degrees, and done pizza and fast sears at over 700. It's amazingly versatile and very easy to use. The food coming off this grill tastes incredible!

Grilling on both our Big Joe and Joe Jr. convinced us of the the power offered by a kamado style grille. Experiencing the benefits of both made it easy to recognize the value in a Classic Series 3. The Classic Series 3 is a versatile powerhouse that can handle it all and we absolutely love it! From low and slow, indirect or direct grilling the grille offers every angle of attack! We have yet to come across a cook that this grill hasn't crushed! Each of these beloved family members have a place in our hearts and our cooking needs. We will always be thankful for the incredible products Kamado Joe offers and appreciate the value found in each grille and accessorie! I have the full grill and the Rotisserie Kit and our favorite accessory, the pizza oven kit. We get many compliments on this grill and people love the ability to cook pizzas!! It does so much. Smoking brisket, cooking prime rib, and so much more. Great investment for our outdoor kitchen.

I was a avg. gas griĺler and de ided to buy a classic joe 3 and it has been a life changer for me and the family. I was nervous about the iniitail spend, but the amazing foodyou can make off a kamado is so worth it. Cuicken, pizza, steaks, ribs, roasts and veggies taste so awesome my family just gobbles it up and the leftovers the next day are gone by noon!
