Tilted up just too much and the screen is almost completely washed out - what is supposed to be black is gray. But tilted just a bit too far down and almost all of the screen is too dark to see. This has been particularly noticeable when watching dark TV shows and movies, full screen on Netflix.com. I have tried adjusting the brightness, but that doesn't help.
