We have already gotten so much use out of our new tandem kayaks. They are stable on the water and easy to maneuver. Great to have the option to paddle with someone or alone. Kayak is heavy to carry though. Will probably purchase a cart to aid in moving it.

Great Kayak, bought it on sale! We have 4 children and while it is heavy a single person can get it loaded and unloaded. The seat design is wonky but it seems that you have to reset the straps before you sit in it, otherwise they'll just snap off. This seems to be common in the reviews. We took it out just hours after buying and everyone had a great time. If you fish I suggest modding it to make it a fishing kayak.

I’ve had two lifetime kayaks for several years. Some of the plastic pieces have broken due to normal wear or have just been lost. The company has replaced these parts at no cost. Unexpected but grateful. Great kayak, outstanding service and customer support.

Bought two Lifetime kayaks over ten years ago for my Florida keys home. The salt water environment and near constant use eventually degrades the seats and attachment hardware. I made one call to the Lifetime toll free number and they sent me replacement parts for free. This is the second time I’ve replaced these parts and they are still free. I’ll never buy a kayak from any other company.

Just bought our kayak and noticed it was missing a strap piece. I called customer service and they are sending the piece to me. Great customer service. Other than having to wait on hold for a while the person I spoke with was extremely helpful and nice and got my issue taken care of immediately.

I have 5 Lifetime Kayaks and all are great and have zero issues with them...I lost the seat on one and had trouble finding a replacement. Contact customer service and they took care of me. Its not just the product that makes a company great, its the people who run it!!

We bought a Lifetime Tandem Kayak and during its first use, the pads for the seat pulled out of their tabs and we lost them. I chatted with a representative and explained what happened. Prepared to buy the pads, the rep said no problem and would place an order form me. Pad arrived just a few days later. Wish all companies would take notice of this way of doing business.

I purchased an Envoy kayak and the first time we used it, we discovered that one paddle was shorter than the other, and one of the seat strap hooks failed. Johnathan quickly determined the replacement parts needed, and after replying to his e-mail with a copy of my purchase receipt and shipping address, he said the parts should arrive in 5-7 business days via FedEx. Shortly after I hanging up the phone, I received a confirmation e-mail. Johnathan's service was fast, efficient, and professional. As a former customer services manager, I can say that his level of support was excellent. Keep up the good work.

For the first time I had to contact the company for a replacement part, and now I found that their customer service not just matches, but actually exceeds the quality of their products. I bought two Lifetime kayaks, a single and a tandem. Both craft were sit on top models. Both kayaks are great and a blast to use. My biggest compliment is how they handled an issue that arose. One of the clips that locks the seat into place on the tandem craft was lost. I reached out to Lifetime and was responded to in an very quick manner. The service rep, Dany, was extremely helpful in identifying the part # and arranging for a replacement. Great customer service!
