This instant yeast has great performance. I made bread with it, following the instructions and it turned out so yummy. Very airy with great texture - it wasn’t too dense. The price for the amount of yeast is amazing. Easy to store. Must buy to keep In your house

I originally planned to use this yeast for baking but didn’t get the chance due to time constraints. What I did do is take a few of my meals (Red Beans and Rice and Curry chicken sauce) that I add flour to by adding a small amount of yeast while cooking to experiment with the textures of the sauces. The granules dissolved easily, blended smoothly, and appeared fresh with no clumping. I also like that the packaging is well-sealed and easy to store, and the 1-lb size offers great value for frequent bakers. While I didn’t test rise performance in dough, my experience with the texture, freshness, and packaging quality was positive, and I would still use it for baking in the future.

Very inconsistent. Sometimes it takes hours for the dough to rise. Next time it seems uncontrollable. We run a bakery and cannot count on this yeast.

It works good when you first open the bag after that first day it dies and you have a lot of worthless yeast do not recommend

This product is really great. Package is tightly sealed the freshness. Yeast is highly active and makes bread and buns as fluffy as expected. It is very convenient to use by directly mixing it to the flour.

I always worry about replacing regular yeast recipes with Instant Yeast recipes, but our cinnamon rolls turned out amazing and you could not tell the difference between the ones we made prior and the ones that we made with the Instant Yeast.

The red yeast at first is kind of confusing if you don’t know how to use it or know where it should go in. Once you figure out where and how to use it honestly it is incredible. I love it I use it for bread and bagels.

The product packaging is above average! No worries of tears or spilling from the package. This product is a solid premium yeast that works well in homemade breads. The dough has a great rise, and the bread texture is fluffy.

I had great results, with this brand. Yeast was very active durable proofing. Dough had great texture. This is a great ingredient to get your dough to rise. At the end my bread tasted great. It made alot.

I love this yeast! It rises quickly with beautiful results. And I like that it came in a 1 pound package as I use a lot. So it’s nice that it’s a large package. I recommend this yeast for bakers of all kind!
