This yeast is great. I can assure you I am no bread maker. I was pretty hesitant for giving this try, but by all odds it was a success. Most anytime I may bread, it's the consistency of a brick. Not this time! Get the yeast!

Great product with excellent flavor profile. We used it to make bread and pizza dough. I was a little intimated at first but it was really easy to work with. Excited to see what else I can do with it.

Great product, i love it that you don't have to proof this yeast. Easy to use and makes some great pizza crust and bread. I would definitely suggest anyone who likes to bake bread to use this. No need to activate it in advance.
