This yeast just works. I've used it for pizza night and homemade rolls, and everything rose like it should without any extra steps. It's one less thing to stress about in a chaotic kitchen, and that alone makes it worth buying again.

I have used the single serve packets and I got this size because of the value. I keep it in the freezer for freshness and it works great. I have made bread and English muffins and have had great success and it is nice to have on hand

This product is really great. Package is tightly sealed the freshness. Yeast is highly active and makes bread and buns as fluffy as expected. It is very convenient to use by directly mixing it to the flour.

The red yeast at first is kind of confusing if you don't know how to use it or know where it should go in. Once you figure out where and how to use it honestly it is incredible. I love it I use it for bread and bagels.
