Great instant dry yeast. The container once opened does not reseal. It does not need to be combined with water separately as some yeasts do. This worked great in our standard roll recipe. The rolls may have even rose quicker than they normally do. I would highly recommend for any baker. You will just need to rehome the yeast in another container to keep it fresh.

O has to try this yeast, I've used other brands and honestly take a long time to rise. This one surprised me not only because of how quickly rises and that it contains less sugar than other brands. First off, we really wanted to give this a shot because it is unique. We are familiar with using wet yeast, but dry yeast not so much. This is meant to be more of an additive to what you are already baking, so it is taking us some getting to used to, but I think it will be well worth it once we find the right approach.

The dry active yeast works well in baking pizza crust. I just wish packaging was a little better like a resealable jar or something because once you open it it’s lose and you have to find a container.
