I have used TurboTax for years and have always liked it. I don't like the bully tactics of having to upgrade to the highest category for such a simple return. I also don't like being bullied into the consent statement. You cant file without it which voids the consent anyway. Makes no sense

Overall very good. The tool kept not allowing me to submit my tax return due to my 1099 INT not having a value in field 17 or in field 15, despite the fact that I live in the state of Washington, which has no state tax. So neither field applied to me, yet Turbo tax insisted that they did.

Took longer to complete than last year, using the DVD and updating online. Last year's info on sources of income and charitable donations apparently wasn't available to the on-line version. I hope this will not be a problem next year. I had a problem entering a 1099-R for one particular payer, your agent worked patiently with me trying to find a solution. Eventually I had to delete that entry and re-enter it.

Me gusta mucho la manera que Turbo Tax tiene para ayudarte en hacer tus impuestos tu solo, estoy segura que la ayuda extra con especialistas a de ser de gran ayuda!!! Pero no me cabe duda alguna que con las buenas herramientas que tinene en la pagina uno mismo puede hacerlo facil ,rapido y seguro.

Turbo tax won't let me review the attached documents--keeps telling me I have a 1099-MISC to edit. But I go to look at it and it has given me an error message for days. This ghost document doesn't seem to keep me from filing, but I wonder what else is wrong. It also is giving me a deduction I don't think I should have.

TurboTax is convenient but they throw in fees everywhere they can. I have used TurboTax for years but this is the last year I will use them. Extra fees because you have certain boxed selected and every other page is asking you to upgrade. Then you get to the end, oh you want to pay TurboTax with your return, that'll be an extra 40 dollars. Congratulations TurboTax, you lost a costumer.

Overall, I feel like it's overpriced for what you get - it's an online tax preparation software that follows a repeated process. It feels like that is too expensive. I don't need all the add up stuff and it's annoying that I have to say "no" multiple times through out the process. I've used Turbotax for over a decade, but I think I'll be shopping it around next year.

It has worked well until these past two years. It hasn’t allowed me to e-file my state taxes because it says that there is an atypical situation on my state tax even though my tax situation has not changed in the past 4 years. It doesn’t clarify what the atypical situation is however. Very frustrating to have to print and mail my return in.

Overpriced, app is confusing. Have to pay an arm and a leg to get help. I think my return is inaccurate, but I gave up because it's far too difficult to know where to go to fix it. Hoping next year I can use something other than turbotax. I cant afford my taxes and I have to pay $200 just to file? And for some reason you say I gotta pay $465 to federal but I'm getting a $171 refund? Makes no sense! I can't even begin to guess where it went wrong, but I give up. Don't know how I'll afford food, utilities probably getting shut off. All because I for some reason have to pay $171 extra to federal just to get it back later, which doesn't help me right now.
