I've been using TurboTax for many years and I love you. I appreciate that my information carries over and if it's something new, I only have to ask a question and I'm easily directed. I just didn't like that my refund or taxes owed balance didn't come up until I was done with the Federal Tax section. I like to see my numbers as soon as the income is entered. But I felt better once I could see it. Otherwise, this is a five-star product and so easy to use. Also grateful that I caught it while it was on sale. That was a nice change.

Its Quick and Easy, however the breakdown of the return amount could be better with a complete history of the last few years. A better breakdown, and easier connection to financial institutions and trading platforms, maybe with memory so that the data is transferred immediately. Also why did I pay $90? I barely used any special features. isn't this meant to be a free service? Civics! America!

While the windows have been simplified it would help to see the previous year's answer all the time. The additional new questions about RMD and other accounts was confusing. There needed to be a box that just said ALL for RMD and eliminating the need to keep typing in the same amounts over and over. Add a calculator for figuring RMD.

I have been using TurboTax since 2014 and I have nothing but good things to say about this platform! It gives me everything i need to file and walks me through every time. Even during years when I end up owing money to taxes it let's me know everything, including where to send my tax payments.

Helpful suggestions and guidance throughout the process. Clergy details, HSA and 529 plans and working through a new penalty reduction form. TurboTax was able to keep my information, let me jump back and forth from section to section and answer my questions with the links and hep feature.

I have been using TT for about 15 years. This was the first year that I filed as married and as a business owner. It was smooth and easy as it has always been. Fee's aren't bad. Since I work with clients and companies that use Quickbooks, everything was easy to load into the system.

Terrible compared to past years. It didn’t allow ira contributions for spouses, even though the income of both combined qualified. I had to change interest shown from Goldman Sachs because it only picked up 2 of 15 CD accounts. Then it added a line item on the Schedule B that adjusted and removed all of the interest! It didn’t pick up all of Vanguard brokerage information that it should have.

Turbo tax is honestly terrible. I filed with you every year and it never finds that i previously filed with them. Every 3rd click it to opt out of some extra money add on. They lobby against making tax software free to file and make it confusing on purpose. Shame shame shame.

Hard time trying to find the section for all the expenses, adding the mileage used for my work, It is NOT USER FRIENDLY, and I was not able to make changes to my schedule C. Also I wanted to make other changes and it was very difficult to navigate through the site and through the app. I kept going back and forth. A real hassle to file my taxes. I used the paid version I expected a better service.
