Very Userfriendly. We file with basic W2, Self Employment Income, 1099 & IRA contributions quite easily and efficiently with the guided help of TT online. Weve done this 2 years in a row with great success and at a fraction of the cost of an accountant that usually took months to file our taxes and get a refund return!

I was really impressed with TurboTax this year because I had a difficulty with one issue involving futures contracts and how to fill out that portion of the form but with the help, I received from the help section of Turbo Tax I was able to complete the process.

What a terrible service. What a terrible world that we have to pay some company to file our taxes in the first place. If they're going to spend millions lobbying to block a federal free file system, the least TurboTax could do is make this easy to use and stop trying to upsell us every third screen.

The product needs to be simplified for individuals that are not tax savvy. I have to google to many terms. Everything is an extra cost. you lure people in saying FREE, but nothing is actually free. H & R refunds were more, however Turbo tax allows information to populate from previuos years which is simplified.

I really despise doing taxes, but TurboTax makes it so easy to get everything in order and done in a flash. THANK YOUUUUUUU!!!! I love the animations, the artwork, and all the little characters. It makes the whole process a little more fun. :) I appreciate that I can search for answers to all my questions. The Q&A is solid. Finding and sorting deductibles is a breeze, too. Thank you for making my life so much easier.

As someone that has multiple streams of income, what keeps me coming back to TurboTax is the income reporting section, easy to find the appropriate spot for my various amounts. Also, it does a decent job at help topics and explaining the refund amounts.

TurboTax has been my go-to tax filing software for 7 years, and it offers a user-friendly interface and helps me maximize my deductions. The software is intuitive and guides me through complex tax scenarios, but their pricing has become increasingly expensive. Despite some drawbacks, I still find TurboTax relatively easy to use.

It's fine. Everyone knows taxes should be free to file, the IRS absolutely knows what we owe and could easily issue refunds without all of this rigamarole. However, you continue to lobby to keep your product expensive and relevant. And, you advertise constantly instead of allowing folks to choose once. Your business model is taking advantage of people, so 3 stars...?

I've been using Turbotax for at least 10 years. Never had a problem with them until this year. The website let me complete my tax return, but at the end when I was about ready to pay, I was informed that I had to upgrade to Premium because I sold some stock. Otherwise, it would not let me continue. So, I spent 30 minutes doing my tax return only to find I had to pay the Premium, which was $50 more. Way to go Turbotax. Trying to fleece your customers will not keep them loyal to your software.

I have used Turbotax ever since I started filing my taxes and every year it seems like they charge more and more. They charged over $200 to file my taxes and that was with the bare minimum. You're doing all of the work, but you're paying as if you had an accountant file for you. When you're making under $50k a year paying over $200 in taxes is a lot.
