It took longer than expected! However, almost all questions could be answered using help tab or chat. However, I do believe fees are a bit pricey especially when not having to use Turbo Tax Max, or any live assistant. You're basically doing all the work & simply using Turbo Tax paper. However, getting questions answered & being able to click & have the meaning of what's being asked from you explained is a bonus. However, a few things are not explained too well. But overall, great meanings & explanations of what something means & where to find rhe info requested is awesome. However, I would love for more understanding to some of the explanations & questions.

amazing format! I came from the competitor and I must say that this software was incredibly easy to navigate. I also found the explications of what is needed to be incredibly easy to read and follow vs the competitions format. Having a small business and using Quickbook software made my filing an absolute dream. Integrating right into TurboTax without the hassle of taking a picture or writing the information in.

Honestly, too many questions I've filled out before like credits for deductions, and like...product features...latest adds...it's getting too pricey fellas. I know price isn't in the guidelines but as customers, let's talk about it. sheesh. I feel like I already paid it how many times I bonked into the add. It's giving desperate. But maybe I'm desperate.

Constantly trying to up sell their products, it is very annoying. At the very end there are multiple misleading prompts to get access to your personal information for the benefit of their business rather than the customer, they are trying to profit off of your personal information. It is really shady and makes me question if I want to continue doing business with this company. The tax process would be rather painless if it didn't include all of these shady sale tactics.

Fairly easy to use. Data imported from some of my banks and investment companies, not others. Turbo Tax did not seem to understand Options. Fortunately, did not do a lot of transactions last year. Each expired call needed to be opened and re-verified that the basis was zero. Seemed like a lot of effort for a fairly common transaction. Also, I have a pension from a previous employer. Turbo Tax did not like the fact that I did not have a basis for this. It wanted to account for it as if it were an annuity with interest plus principal recapture.

I've been a customer for 13 years and it's getting worse each year and very cumbersome and time consuming. Turbo Tax estimate was 1 1/2 hours and it took me 4 1/2 hours and that was for a standard deduction, non itemized return!!! I was not able to import a  simple W2 and parts of the system were not working and received an error message for Explain my numbers and other areas=.Oof! We've hit a speed bump. We are working on a fix, but it might take a bit. Check back later when we're ready to roll. The imports for Coinbase were way off and imported all my transactions from 2019 and created more error messages and it actually should have just indicated that I had no transactions to report for 2024.  I had to delete all the Coinbase transactions manually going back to 2019.  There were other issues also but my mind is so overwhelmed after nearly 5 hours. It also duplicated the 1099 dividend, interest and income forms that I already entered and displayed them as not entered yet.  Yes, it was one big frustrating mess and I will now finally have my late dinner at 10:30 PM. I will honestly consider using another service next year that has more accurate import features and takes much less time for using the simple standard deduction.

When I had questions and consulted the AI bot, I found that the full response was not visible on my standard laptop screen. If there was a scrolling bar for the bot box, I could not access the scrolling bar. Some very useful information was lost to me. Please fix this!

I had my taxes rejected because turbo tax did not have information right and needed to do an update. I had a friend that also had the same thing happen and they were not notified their taxes had been rejected. Turbo tax likes to charge for a defective product. will not use again.

Uncle Donny will save us all from the IRS. However, Intuit has done a great job of making me depressed every year because I calculate my shibble in advance and always owe. The third party credit card processing fee should be included in the return cost rather than a separate charge. Otherwise, easy enough to use, not a bad interface. I recommend it vs personal file options but let's be honest... it`s shupe-bey-dupe we need to calculate our own taxes and it's so complex. Intuit does a good job of walking me through the process and simplifying, but I would like more details and understanding included in the cost. Many items I do not understand at all, and I feel like I'm paying for the privilege.

I got half-way through filing and you made me upgrade to deluxe, then I got all the way through filing and you made me upgrade to Premium. I understand this is your business model, but it's such a shady practice. From my perspective, I received no better service from free to deluxe to premium, I just had to pay turbo tax $120 because there was some extra form that wasn't covered under free or deluxe
