There should me more options for getting your refund early! I was disqualified because of your AI not being able to identify me. That's biased and crazy because ALL my information is Mines. So that was a bummer and def decreased your rating for me...also, that credit karma account is crap because it was not made for black people to get their money early...

Would have given 5 out of 5, had there not been a very last minute 'review" required which had me edit/add two files which were already there...this changed/added tax. So glad I caught that error. Nice that from year to year, TurboTax system is able to save prior information, which cuts down on items needing entry, only updates

I had a little trouble with understanding some things on my return and I called customer service.. they were so helpful!! All my questions were answered. They shared my screen with me and went through step by step. I have 100% confidence in the accuracy of my return! They are so nice and patient with me! I am so greatful!!

Turbo tax is so convenient, especially if you don't have the time to make appointments to see tax preparer. No high fees, no hassles and it was very easy, turbo tax takes you through all the steps which makes it so easy and convenient. Will be using TurboTax from now on and will definitely be referring family and friends.

Had issues with TurboTax importing Uber income twice, it wasted my time trying to figure out why my tax return was cut in half. Another issue was when turbo tax was asking to launch an education credit optimizer, and would not explain. Only googling the question would find the issue. I had a similar problem with some Self employment/vehicle expenses; the error messages did not explain anything or offer any sort of guidance. Wasted a lot of time searching and trying to figure out what was going on

decent and fairly easy to use. There are some issues between state and federal with head of household rule. Also I could not submit for a few weeks. I am pretty sure whatever form was being generated was not being accepted yet by the IRS, but there was no notice or heads up. That happened last year too. Needs to be fixed.

I switched from Block, because I couldn't get back into my account. Turbotax was easier to use and gave more confidence that things were done right. But there was one exception: I wasn't able to have my refunds apply to next year's taxes. It is obviously also a pricier product.

It's easy to miss the meaning of certain categories of questions. The question about my spouse having a high deductible plan is not clear if it applies to her being included on my own high deductible plan or if it specifically means that she has independent access to her own high deductible plan. Also, filling out 2 state returns when working remote full time in one state, when your employer is in a neighboring state is ambiguous when the questions ask about Missouri income earned as a resident of Missouri or from a Missouri company. I could have made a large mistake by getting a full refund of taxes paid to Missouri, by misunderstanding that question and also getting a credit from Kansas for taxes paid to Missouri.

Entry of RMD caused problems because software rounded down the cents and when it checked against RMD, it showed less than entered RMD. This caused the check to fail. In order to pass the check, I had to re-enter the RMD amount to show no cents. Do not have good view of data downloaded and multiple and joint accounts cause duplicate errors

In general OK, but UI became less functional that previous years and several parts have defects and do not function properly - in my case foreign tax data entry could not end successfully, had to go in circles multiple times and some INT forms were imported incorrectly, blocking validation. Validation itself was buggy and could not end up successfully. Tool is overpriced and constant requests to upgrade to not needed subscriptions are annoying., Really annoying.
