I would give it zero stars if I could. You wring money out of us every way you can. Most of the ways are devious. I thought the state return was included. Apparently not. You bank on me giving in because of the time invested. To be honest the "other" software made a $2,000 error, not in my favor. This whole thing is ugly.

I HAVE BEEN DURING MY TAXES WITH TURBO TAXES FOR OVER 11 YEARS. THIS YEAR I RAN IN TO AN INPUTING ERROR ON MY PART. I CALLED AND THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED WITHIN 25 MINUTES. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS KNOWLEGEABLE AND PATIENT WITH ME. I AM A SENIOR AND I REALLY APPRECIATE THE KINDNESS.

Using TurboTax was great. I have been a stay-at-home mom these past few years and I was very excited to be able to file this year after returning to work and TurboTax was wonderful. I thought it was going to be really difficult and complicated but anytime I had a question there was a suggestion to find out more information and 8 out of 10 times the information was extremely helpful and cleared up all my questions

TurboTax really simplifies the tax return process. I used to do our taxes long form but have been using TurboTax for years with no issues. They have really made this a simple process with step-by-step instructions. If I encounter a situation that I have questions about, I can either use their help menu or check the internet.

Great UI! I love the helpful hints pop ups and it's soo easy to manage and organize your returns with this platform. I've never used the live chat feature or options, but if I had a more complex return or like I might have next year I could see myself using those features.

I will never use TT again. Every other screen asks me to sign up for a higher service level, again and again and again, and there is so much repetition. I got asked the same thing countless times. If I had any hair left, I would have been pulling it out.

Importing everything is very easy. Love the interface. This is my first time earning money as a musician and TurboTax made it a lot less stressful to enter everything in. Some of the categories were a little confusing but that's probably due to my lack of knowledge. Overall great site to do your taxes.

They WAY over charge for a service that should simply be entirely free. The program goes into loops and isn't even coded well. Beware of Form 2441..... I would just do my taxes myself, this isn't worth it. Every little thing in their audit defense package seems scammy. They try to sneak any extra charge in. They will charge you almost double to have their product paid with your return, and they will send your information all over the internet. Do not have your account directly linked other than by acct and rout numbers, they will spy on your account activity throughout the year and sale the information.

Mostly good service. some parts were much more inconvenient and confusing than last year. The program seems to have a bunch of bugs that were not a problem last year. I also got logged out randomly while in the middle of entering data, but luckily no information was lost. I did have a little trouble finding where I left off though.
