Honestly, too many questions I've filled out before like credits for deductions, and like...product features...latest adds...it's getting too pricey fellas. I know price isn't in the guidelines but as customers, let's talk about it. sheesh. I feel like I already paid it how many times I bonked into the add. It's giving desperate. But maybe I'm desperate.

Got taxes files, or so I thought. We had a family issue occur and didn't get back to check the email until a week or two later. Shocked to see the medical insurance information was rejected, went back in and turbo tax showed me step by step. Got it done and resubmitted!

It was difficult to work on certain sections and forms of my return without going through tons of prompts. I had a huge problem that prevented me from filing this return after paying. Why not address and clear up all the problems before you prompt me to pay you? This program kept giving me errors looking for royalty income on my Pensacola rental property. There was no royalty income. I could not delete the section that error was coming from. I kept putting a zero but didn't change anything. I reentered the 1099 info sections 1- 3 but still kept asking for royalty income. I gave up trying to fix it and just deleted the entire property and reentered the data. This created another mess since nothing transferred from previous returns filed with you. I then had to dig up records from previous years of returns which is why its been almost a day since I paid you. However, I obviously missed some capital improvements and depreciation items since my income went up $4k for that property and made my return go down $1k. Even after reentering data on the Pensacola property, I still had trouble from this program transferring income from your questions to the schedule E. Why should I pay you $99 if you can't transfer info from previous years and I still have to fill out info on the Schedule E? You obviously have some glitches that have cost me a lot of time, frustration, and $1k in my tax return. I've used this product for a long time. I'm trying someone else next year. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with your product.

I use to think taxes were some super complicated process with lots of forms or you needed expensive software. TurboTax makes it so easy. I’ll never go back to paying $800 to watch someone plug my information in, I can do that myself! TurboTax makes it so easy my 10 year old could do it. It walks you through all tax breaks and credits too, give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

TurboTax works reasonably well. I believe my filings are accurate and complete with the electronic guidance from the program. Online program was really slow Feb 1 - 3; perhaps because of heavy usage. Nevertheless I was able to file my complete Fed and State returns by February 3 with refunds on the way.

Turbo tax gets the job done. However, I am disgusted by thier use of "Dark UX" to trick you into giving consent to share your information with them. Then they make it nearly impossible to find where to revoke that "accidental" content. Because of this I will be finding a new tax software next year and abandon Intuit's Turbo Tax until they change this deceptive practice.

I had a very bad experience this year with Turbo tax. They had a system problem and i had to call every day for 5 days because it let me sign and submit my taxes. I stayed on the line over a hour trying to get someone to help me submit them. Everyone kept taking me through the same steps when i kept asking for a transfer to someone with more experience. I finally got it through on day 6 of stress and hours on the phone

Awesome experience again, have been using Turbo Tax for many years now and it has made filing taxes easy. Even with the changes that happen over the course of my life they continue to provide easy understandable options that provide me with a great refund

mixed review - I did my taxes twice! The first time, when I got to my state return the program would not allow me to correct its entries into my quarterly adjusted annualized income. When I tried to clear the state portion, the program cleared everything including my federal return entries. Yes, I had to re-do everything. There were no glitches on my second round. I would not have gone back to use Turbo tax this year but for the fact I have saved information that I am deducting portions of in future years. I am not sure whether I'll use this software again next year.

TurboTax is quite user friendly and mostly easy to navigate. It can take a little prodding to get to fine details like small business additional income, etc., but it’s a good experience. It’s done in a conversational style and is compatible with my Apple products. I’ve been quite satisfied and will continue using it.
