Awful...worst ever. I will switch next year to something else. Kept insisting on putting my automobile in for business use. Since I do not use my vehicle for business, this was a total waste of time...three evenings spent trying to get rid of it. If I call for help (AI was also useless), they want to upcharge me significantly. Finally filled in slop just to be able to file. At least it accurately says "0" for business use. Time to switch to something more user friendly and better supported.

I have used TurboTax for multiple years due to its' simplicity and accuracy. This was the first year I had a little difficulty submitting my taxes and had to call the customer service line. She was amazing and took the time to figure out what the issue was. Bottom line, a form was not ready in California so she recommended me to try again Monday. To start it only took a few minutes to get to a literal person and then she legitimatly took the time to speak and call me back when we got disconnected. Bottom line, TurboTax is easy and has amazing customer support, I can't picture myself ever using anything else.

Intuit is a vile, evil company. im getting 300 ish back and they deign to steal almost half of it in fees. The process is bloated with unnecessary animated wait screens and the questions asked are superfluous. Despite them having all my information i still had to spend my time confirming and proving my identity several times, so at least its mildly secure; although with the right tricks ANYONE could get in and divert one or many peoples refunds. truly a dystopian control measure, borne of corruption and greed.

Only one item was in question. 1099-R addition form. Military Retirement 1099-R should be more clearly stated for a selection of 1099-R. All tax saving questions asked and was easily and accurately reviewed. Requested call support for my 1099-R issue and the call back contact person quickly reviewed and found the issue..

I used to dread doing my taxes every year since I was a die-hard paper tax filer. When I tried TurboTax for a friend of mine and did his taxes online, I was sold on the ease of filing and decided to try it for my own taxes. I know my tax return is accurately done, the program is compatible with my Windows 10 desktop, and the support is just a click away. I like the one question at a time interface. I do not feel overwhelmed when filling in the form. This is what sold me on using TurboTax. I like the fact that the program has features that help make sure you get the best deductions and the greatest returns.

I have used turbo tax the last 2 years with great success. I really like it & will continue to use it. I was not able to pull in my 2024 Tax information when i first logged in. I also tried to upload my 2024 tax return with no success. I could not find my previous tax return on the website. Not a huge deal, as I had one saved.

I have been using turbotax for years, at the Premier level. I like that it imports my data from the previous year, and leads me through in a logical step by step process. I just gather my documents and work my way through it in an hour or so, then efile both fed and state. I've never had any problems or issues.

I have successfully used TurboTax for many years, and this is the first year to complete them online. I have enjoyed accessing and working on my return on several devices. The format of the online version is different from the earlier versions, but very adaptable. I love that the software integrates all of last year's information automatically. I appreciate the accuracy and know that I can reach out if I need additional support.

Clicked on the free option through and through just to be hit with $178 in fees at the end. Filing taxes should be completely free, but companies like these lobby against it so they can take your money, all for the "privilege" of getting bent over and reamed by Uncle Sam.

I have used TurboTax for years and loved the ease of moving from one page or subject to another. This new version is NOT intuitive and I do not like it. Next year I may look for another product to file my tax. Why did you try to "fix" something that was not broke?????
