had some issues - I don't think it's calculating depreciation correctly (compared to previous software and careful reading of the actual forms), and also, issues having the emile get rejected MULTIPLE TIMES even after carefully checking for errors. on the plus side, it had complete calculations for a weird box on a form that another leading software program couldn't deal with (hence why I had to use turbotax this year and not the other program).

I was not able to add my email address on the tax forms, I was not able to add my bank routting number and account number only because I was not getting as refund some times that info is important because there has been times the goverment give economic relief aid and if they do not have a bank account they can not send a direct deposit the email is important as a way of contact

Overall, I think TurboTax is a good product. Two suggestions: One, modify the foreign tax reporting section so as to eliminate the need to report the various income sources in a specific way; two, devise a pull-down menu that shows a detail listing of the items under the various income, deduction, credit, etc. categories so one can see where different items will be addressed.

I am glad I have a product that makes it easier to file Federal and State taxes. Georgia Income Tax process is extremely difficult without Turbo Tax. Unfortunately Turbo Tax has made it more difficult to see what I have entered as income, interest, etc when there is a lapse in time entering data. (Brokerage accounts do not always have info available by 31 Jan.)

I've been using TurboTax for three decades now and it just keeps getting better. The user interface is clear and intuitive, even in the most complicated parts of the form-filing process, and the supplemental information provided is concise, readily accessible, and relatively easy to understand.

Easy to follow as long as you full read the prompts. Anything I wasn't sure of, I googled to try and clarify. The prompts that come up on the side are extra useful as well. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone who is trying to save some money on filing their taxes.

This year is the first time I've been disappointed. The HDHP questions were incorrect and it was impossible to fix it. I had to clear the form and start over and the program still did not get it right. It looks like I wasn't covered with medical insurance for all of 2024 when I was.

This is our fourth years using Turbo Tax to file our Federal and State returns and our experience has been incredibly easy with a flawless result! With the extra deductions that Turbo Tax had found for us we have averaged over $1,500 dollars extra each year. We will obviously be using Turbo Tax into the future and would highly recommend anyone that needs quick and easy tax preparation to use Intuit's Turbo Tax for their returns.

Turbotax has reliably gotten the job done for me for 15 years, bringing over my information for over the past decade has sped up tax prep exponentially for me! I shudder to think of not having Turbotax at this point! With investments in stocks, options, and other less common items I've had to pay for premium for the last several years but even with this the ease that Turbotax allows makes me feel the 100$ is worth it.

It felt like I was being forced to upgrade. Service was great in the past. As my tax returns have become more complicated with age (e.g. community property, retirement, etc.), I've found the service to be less clear/helpful. Would be great if there was a way to connect partners who are married filing separately to help create peace of mind for the complexities.
